Pros: Location is key. The place was clean, specious and had all we needed for a weekend. Walls are probably thin as we could hear everything at the neighbours, like them moving chairs, or loud noises in the corridor. I guess this is typical for apartments in Europe. Overall it’s a great place to stay for a family.

Great staff and location but Poor sound insulation between the walls.

Pros: I liked the location; everything is within walking distance. However, the apartment was quite cramped, though the staff was very kind.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that the sound travels so easily, which disturbed my sleep. You can easily hear noise from the neighboring apartments as well as from the floor above.Even the Wi-Fi wasn't strong enough.

great stay, quiet and safe central location, accessible. Would recommend

Pros: The gentleman welcomed us into our unit, he was kind and warm. We were able to check in way earlier (around 11am), which was a relief, because we have a baby, so we got settled a lot earlier. Check in time is usually 3pm for the area in Ciutat Vella. The unit was clean in all corners, the space was a lot bigger than we expected, we wish we could have stayed longer. Will come back in the future, for sure.

Cons: There was a smell of sewer, my wife could smell from all over the building, I only noticed when I got in the shower. The building was visibly clean and quiet, so must be construction/ building problem, rather than a cleaning problem.
