Fabulous location of studio with helpful host

Pros: The location was great with direct access to numerous restaurants and just a few minutes walk from the plazas. Host Raul was very personable and helpful to us.

Cons: As others have mentioned, the narrow staircase access to the property, but considering the age of the property, that’s to be expected and nothing can be done about this. The studio has a very pretty balcony (one of the reasons I booked this studio) but sadly the balcony was too narrow for sitting on unless you’re a very small person or child maybe! The sliding door to the bathroom was quite awkward to slide open and could do with some adjustment or replacement of existing door runners. Some attention needed to bathroom fixtures due to general wear and tear, but didn’t deter from our overall experience.

Pros: The appartment position is ideal to enjoy Valencia. Located in the Ciutat Vella just behind the Mercat Central and about a hundred meters from Placa de l'Ayuntament, it allows you to visit Valencia walking to all the main places in the center. After a few minutes walking you can also take a bus or the underground to reach the farthest places as the Oceanografic or the Bioparc or the Playa de Malvarrosa (however Valencia is not too big and having a long walk or a bike ride is really relaxing). There are a lot of very good restaurants in the zone where to eat spanish food as paella or tapas but you have also some really special italian restaurants for such a good pizza like you were in Naples. Finally a special thank to Raul, who was really kind since from our booking, giving us suggestions and all the information we needed.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect for us.

Pros: The apartment is very close to main square and large for two people, good for three

Pros: We loved the location near to placa auymente where you can catch buses easily to the beaches and you are in walking distance to all the main attractions. We loved sitting on the tiny balcony looking down on the street full of restaurants. But in the morning it was all cleared and quiet. Very close to a fantastic market.

Cons: The stairs are narrow and it's on the 3rd floor which was not a problem for us but could be for others. We had a problem with the electric at first but the owner Raul fixed it quickly. It was noisy the first night but we shut the window and it was fine.

Outstanding

Pros: Complete studio for a citytrip to Valencia recommended for 1/2 persons, in the old city center, close to public transport and restaurants/bars. Studio was in overall very good condition, all the facilities are spot on. Raul was a very polite host and very friendly. Good bed, sofa, airco, kitchen for making some small food if you want. The street has some restaurants where you can have tapas in the evening.

Cons: Doors in shower could need an update

We had a very enjoyable stay in a lovely cosy apartment in the heart of Valencia.

Pros: Location. Cleanliness of apartment was excellent. Host was very welcoming.

Compare to other locations in diffrent city the price should be lower by 10-15%.

Pros: Our host greeted us in front of the studio at the previously discussed time and explained everything related to the studio and checking out. It's hard to find a better location. Lots of attractions around, close to everything. Studio with good dimensions. If you like to listen to the bustle coming from below and want to look down on the winding narrow streets, this place will not disappoint you.

Cons: The only downside is the narrow, tight staircase leading to the second floor (for CAN\\US third floor). No elevator.

Pros: Location was great. Close to everything. Studio had everything we needed. Rual was there to meet us .. despite our late arrival. Great visit to Valencia.
