Pros: Amazing location and great communication with the crew.

Cons: Not the newest one, but comfy anyway ;)

Pros: Great location, close to everything. Lots of bus stops nearby. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Located in the attic. Exposed beams give it character and refer to the old days. The staircase has been beautifully renovated. The apartment is on the 5th floor, so the elevator comes in handy. The staff is very helpful and tries to solve any problems immediately. On our next visit to Valencia, this apartment will be our first choice.

Cons: Just two minor comments: Warm light would be easier on the eyes. A drainer for washed dishes would be useful.

Great location

Pros: Amazing location. Super central. Nice little apartment. Had a washing machine and a little kitchenette area. They let me store my bags at their office until the place was ready. Building has a lift too. Beds were comfy.

Cons: Check in only starts at 4 pm. And in spite of the late check in, The place wasn't cleaned properly. Towels from the previous people were left hanging, the floor wasn't cleaned properly, neither was the table. Might also help to have some tea and coffee and basic condiments available. All in all, I would stay there again but hopefully it'll be cleaner next time.

Pros: The position of the apartment so close to Plaça de la Reina was excellent for visiting all of the historical/cultural sites. Nothing was more than a few minutes walk away. The apartment had everything you need. It was comfortable, had a good, well supplied kitchen, and lots of storage space.

Pros: Very good central location and size of appartment was very good

Cons: Instructions how to use the cooker were not clear (we could not work out)

Very good place

Pros: Top location, comfortable bed, there is all that you need if you want to cook in apartment. Only coffee machine missing.

Cons: Aircondition should be clean up, sun protect on window have missing rop for open/close and shoul be fix/change. Fan in bathroom is needed also.

Pros: Location was very good happy everything on ur doorstep

Cons: I found a bit difficult to get the keys but had to call the receptionist she was very helpful

Singular apartment

Pros: Very nice apartment, lots of character, comfortable and supercentral.

Cons: The online registration procedure is not super clear and mails keep coming without explaining what you did wrong. The having to pick up the keys at the office is rather unusual nowadays.

Big apartment in center of historical Valencia, but terrible management,

Pros: Very large spacious apartment in the very heart of historical Valencia. Fully equipped kitchen and nicely furnished. Washing machine, ironing board, etc Very well-equipped apartment.

Cons: The organisation of Singular Stays is very customer unfriendly. So many rules and threats of fines. The management attitude is very off putting. It is well named as I'd only want to stay with them one singular time. They give a LOT of information but omitted a very vital point - that the office from which the keys must be collected is in a non-car parking zone. Also, they did not even give the full correct address (as Google Maps offers 6 other places with the same name). And when I found it there was no clear sign on the main entrance. So be warned - you need to walk through the restaurants at the Placa de la Reina, leaving your luggage somewhere else.

Pros: Ok, I got a LOT of use out of this stay as I became too sick to leave the room for four days. The staff then kindly helped my wife get me to the hospital. My wife was able to take advantage of the excellent location to walk around the city.
