Pros: The apartment was fully equipped, the location was beautiful, clean, the beds were really comfortable. Shoutout to the receptionist, a very nice guy! Loved the view from my balcony.

Pros: The location was perfect, in a street lined with shops and restaurants and next to the Placa de la Reina. The staff were very helpful, and even though they were located a couple of streets away it was easy to get assistance if needed. The building was secure.

Cons: Only a couple of minor things - the couch in the living room wasn’t comfortable to sit on, and the pillows on the bed were rock hard!

Pros: Location and size. Living room space was amazing and all 3 rooms were very large too

Cons: Nothing. Only thing it has so may light switches that was a bit complicated to turn them all on/off but that is absolutely nothing to worry about, obviously.

A modern, spacious apartment in the heart of Valencia, perfect for four and close to everything.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay during the Valencia Marathon. The apartment is spacious and perfect for three / four people, and it feels really new, everything is modern, clean, and nicely finished. The location is unbeatable: right in the center of Valencia on Plaza de la Reina, with views towards Carrer de Sant Vicent Màrtir. It’s genuinely walkable to everything, major sights, great neighborhoods for exploring, and lots of places to eat and drink. We especially loved how close it is to Plaza Redona, with plenty of nice tapas bars and spots for a drink nearby. The apartment had everything we needed: a well equipped kitchen, a great bathroom, and overall it was comfortable and easy to settle in. We’d absolutely recommend it and would happily stay again.

Pros: Excellent location, great base for exploring the city. Close to restaurants, bars, shops and tourist attractions. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Excellent location only couple of minutes walk away from central market. Penthouse apartment was spotless clean, super modern and very spacious with lovely comfortable furniture. Each bedroom had en-suite & an extra WC off the living room. Plenty of towels in each bathroom. The weather was not on our side but would have been lovely to be able to use the terrace off the primary bedroom or the small balcony off the living area. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Cons: lift was out of order and reading the reviews it appears this was for months so we had to take the stairs to the top floor, not ideal with luggage. only 1 dishwasher tablet left & no cleaning products, maybe 1 for each night of stay could be arranged and more cloths & spray cleaning products. There was a bad sewage smell through out the apartment but we assume it may be due to the heavy rain fall & old city pipes - if its not because of the rain it definitely needs to be addressed. Bed frame on the ground floor bedroom was extremely noisy every time you moved in it, could maybe need a rug underneath or a new bed frame.

Great Location

Pros: Lovely apartment in great location.3 good sized bedrooms and a large living room.

Cons: Unfortunately the lift was out of order for the whole of our stay - 5 days. The apartment is on the third floor so a significant number of stairs to climb.
