Highly recommended!

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay in Valencia! The communication with our host was fantastic — quick, friendly, and super helpful. He even waited for us and welcomed us personally to hand over the keys, which made everything so easy from the start. The location couldn’t be better! We were right where we needed to be, with amazing access to the city’s best spots. And the apartment… wow! It was incredibly spacious and perfect for our group of 13. Everyone had plenty of room, and it made the whole trip so much more comfortable and fun. We 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Valencia — you’ll have an amazing stay!

Great stay + perfect location

Pros: Great property, perfect for a large group wanting to stay. The facilities were great and the location couldn’t be more perfect, it’s all walking distance to everything you’d need. The staff were really great, we had an issue with the safe and they came to resolve it straight away. Overall, we had a great stay!

Emplcation exceptionnel au cœur de Valence

Pros: L’emplacement est exceptionnel ! Les lits étaient confortables. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Cons: Tout était très propre mais les salles de bain nécessitent une mise à jour, elles sont un peu désuètes. Peu de pression dans les douches et les joints de douches sont à refaire.

Cons: Problemi con impianto riscaldamento in quanto non si riusciva a modificare la temperatura imponendo lo spegnimento per contenere la temperatura Poi la successiva riaccensione era alquanto rimorosa

Pros: Die Lage ist absolut super. Genug Platz im Appartment vorhanden. Ideal für einen Kurzstädtetrip.

Cons: Da direkt an Hauptstraße inmitten der Stadt viel Verkehrs und Strassenlärm. Müllabfuhr jeden Tag ab 7 Uhr. Kaffeemaschine für mögliche Anzahl an Gästen sehr klein und müsste mal entkalkt werden. TV ohne Sat und Kabelanschluss nur Netflix und Youtube per WLAN. Ein paar Flyer von empfohlenen Restaurants wären hilfreich.
