Lovely weekend next to the chimney

Pros: Big cosy house comfortable for 3 families. Nice chimney for the family evenings. House was clean and prepared. Owner is helpful with all the questions. Loved to stay there and would come back if need to go to the same location.

Cons: Some of the dishes and pans were a bit dirty.

Beautiful family home perfect for outdoor barbecues and lazy afternoons swimming and sun bathing

Pros: Perfect location to explore Requena and the countryside. We also drove to the train station and used Requena as a base for the tomato festival, water and wine festival and to visit Valencia. Our host was responsive, accommodating and very friendly

Cons: It’s a beautiful family home that could benefit from some tender loving care in just a few areas. Our host is planning to do these in the coming months

Fantastic villa in rural location

Pros: The location was amazing. Very quiet and remote with amazing views of the sunset and night sky. The pool was a decent size and the outdoor kitchen was great to use. Air-conditioning throughout the villa which helped towards a comfortable nights sleep. Santiago was a great host and was fantastic with our children when he came to visit and check everything was ok.

Cons: Nothing really. The villa does require a bit of upkeep but it was easy to look past that because the area was spacious and in an amazing location.

Pros: We are delighted! We really liked the villa and its surroundings. It was quiet, calm, and there were no neighbors (a huge plus). There were seven of us, and there was more than enough space. The barbecue area and pool deserve a special mention; it was a pleasure to cook and swim there. I would also like to note that the villa offers a beautiful view of the sunset. The bedrooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the sound insulation was good (if people were sitting in the living room making noise, the bedroom was still quiet). The bathrooms were also clean and equipped with towels and shampoos. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances, utensils, and household chemicals. Additionally, the check-in and check-out processes were very convenient. I would like to thank the owner of the villa once again for this wonderful vacation. We will definitely come back again.

Cons: There were holes in the window screens and mosquitoes and were flying into the bedrooms. but we had fumigators and this was not a problem for us.

Siempre repetimos

Pros: Las facilidades que nos da Santiago cada vez que nos hospedamos, se preocupa y nos ayuda en todo.

Cons: El único pero es que alguna ducha de los baños no tiene soporte para fijar la alcachofa.

Pros: La casa es impresionante, está todo con muy buen gusto y cuidado al detalle. La piscina es una maravilla y en general todas las instalaciones. Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables.

Pros: La casa es espectacular, pero la zona de piscina y barbacoa es lo que más hemos disfrutado.

Pros: En líneas generales todo, sitio muy agradable para volver.

Pros: El terreno y las zonas exteriores de la casa son impresionantes. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo de la casa y todos los rincones y espacios que ofrece. Ha sido un lujo alojarnos aquí con la familia, sin duda repetiremos.

Cons: Todo nos gusto. Nada malo que decir.
