Pros: The facilities are new, the cleanliness is good, and the staff respond quickly.
Cons: There were no tea bags as mentioned in the comments. When closing the door from the outside, it makes a loud noise. The door, bedside lamp, and all the furniture are made of cheap plastic materials, which feel quite low-quality. The living room design is a waste of space — uncomfortable and not user-friendly. The pantry/water area should at least have an open counter for convenience. I believe the operation team hasn’t personally stayed here or does not have a strong sense of aesthetics, otherwise many of these details would have been taken into consideration. I also suggest placing separate sets of tea bags, coffee capsules, and utensils in the room. This will allow better control of usage and avoid unnecessary waste. Additionally, asking guests to rate the property no lower than 9 feels too direct — better facilities and thoughtful service should earn that score naturally.

Highly recommend! You won't regret it!
Pros: The room was very clean, as well as the shared bathroom and kitchen. It was a very comfortable stay. The staff stayed in contact throughout the stay and checked on our satisfaction regularly which was very nice. The place is close to the city center (around 15 minutes) with a near by bus station.
Cons: The walls are thin, but it wasn't a problem for me, everyone was very quite.

Excellent Stay in a great location
Pros: Wonderful room, very clean and well presented. Great comfortable bed and pillows, very quiet room with lots of space. The common area with complimentary coffee and water was a bonus. Very smooth check in with door codes. Staff were fantastic and quick to answer any questions throughout. Overall excellent stay and value for money, highly recommend!

Pros: I had a very good stay at Morenno Rooms in Olivereta, Valencia. Everything was fine, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They even kept contacting me during my stay to check how I was doing, which I really appreciated. The location is a bit outside the city center, but the metro is right next to the hotel and you can also walk easily. The only small inconvenience was the behavior of some other guests, but that’s completely normal since the place is shared, and it had nothing to do with the staff. Overall, I highly recommend it

Pros: The location is great, less than 10 minutes walk from Av. del Cid metro station. In the common area there is water and coffee for guests, a microwave and a fridge, which made everyday activities quite comfortable. There are four bathrooms, which were cleaned multiple times a day, allowing to always have one available during our stay (there is a total of 7 rooms).
Cons: The walls are quite thin, and not soundproof, but everywhere there are signs to keep silent between 22 to 8.

Pros: The stay was wonderful. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The host clearly puts a lot of effort into making guests feel welcome and ensuring everything is in top shape. One small thing ,there were not many dishes and utensils in the common area, but perhaps that’s part of the minimalist concept. Overall, a great experience

Pros: Clean, comfortable, spacious room with desk, TV, air con, great bed and pillows! Free coffee, tea and cold water, which was life saving. Quiet at night, and we felt safe with the codes and CCTV. All the staff was super friendly, helpful and on the ball cleaning wise. I usually hate shared bathrooms but these were cleaner than many private bathrooms and the shower was class. Kitchen and working area, fridge and freezer. Jardin del Turia starts close by, supermarket on the same street, great Venezuelan food in the corner. Away from tourist crowds.
Cons: No duvet / blanket but it was OK as it's summer. Location in a residential area so it was a long tough walk to town in the heat, though you can always get an uber.

Warto zatrzymać się w tym miejscu, polecam.
Pros: Bardzo wygodne łóżko, czysto, pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Do dyspozycji kawa, herbata.
Cons: Bardzo cienkie ściany między pokojami, z jednej strony chrapanie, z drugiej stukanie łóżkiem;)
