Everything was great thank you :)

Pros: Shared kitchen made it convenient to boil some hot water; Additional isolation helped with quietness within rooms; I was lucky to have private balcony space, didn’t use it a lot but it was adorable.

Cons: A little bit far from tube stations - both the 2 nearest were around 20 min walk away

Amazing and made so much better by host and owner Fabio.

Pros: Great late checkin with Fabio still being available to welcome me and also give me tips on what to do whilst in Valencia. Property was clean and comfortable and great value for money. Location was excellent. I highly highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to València. Fabio and his family will not let you down.

Cons: Can’t fault this one. Everything was as advertised.

Perfect stay!

Pros: Excellent family business! Fabio, Mariella and their daughter run an excellent set of apartments. Clean, inexpensive and with a balcony. I was greeted on arrival by Mariella and Fabio, who then showed me everything I needed within the apartment and what to do / where to go in Valencia. There is aircon and toiletries provided which is always a great help when travelling multiple cities. They even allowed me a late checkout as I slept through my alarm... which tells you how comfortable the beds are! Next time I visit Valencia, I will look nowhere else. Muchas gracias!

Pros: Very friendly and positive host as well as his family. Very convenient location. They are willing to take your luggage if you leave much later than the checkout.

Cons: I'd like one more shelf for bath supplies :D

Perfect stay!
