Brilliant location, amazing staff

Pros: Excellent location, incredibly helpful staff. Beautiful spacious rooms, well equipped. The bed was extremely comfy. Free water in the room everyday, tea/coffee facilities.

Cons: Very minor! But in Room 1, we sometimes heard people coming up and down the stairs.

Great stay and location

Pros: They sent us an electronic key as we arrived late Perfect location and staff couldnot have been more friendly Room Was a little cold but we managed to heat it up and they provide slippers I would happily recommend this accommodation to others

Pros: The staff was very nice. They even got my partner gifts for his birthday (cava, turron and a card) - very thoughtful and appreciated. The location is very good - close to everything but not noisy.

Cons: Some spoons in the reception/ coffee area would be helpful. Also a folding chair that would fit in the balcony would be nice.

Pros: Everything was just perfect. The location, the room, the bed, the people from the hotel. The made our stay just wonderful.

Pros: Tidy and clean apartment with cleaning service every day and with the perfect location in Ciutat Vella, 2 minutes walk from the central market. The bed was so comfy and we had really pleasant stay. If we ever come back in Valencia we will definitely stay here again.

Pros: The room was perfect. Clean, tidy, nice and spacious bathroom. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful.

Cons: I was a little disappointed with the noise in the room. Unfortunately, I could hear everything that is happening outside like people were standing in my room. I am not a deep sleeper so this was a bit disturbing, people are outside until very late. I know this is the case for most buildings and I was pretty okay with it, but i think it’s good to know before booking.
