Wonderful place!

Pros: The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, I was even able to check in early, which was very important to me. The hotel is beautiful, designed by a famous designer, with playful touches throughout. It’s a great choice for enjoying Valencia’s historic center and exploring this beautiful city.

Pros: Spaceous room, good breakfast and Nespresso machine in the room. I could enter the room well before the checkin time.

Cons: The bathroom had persistent smell.

Great place to stay in Valencia, just make sure you specify a room that looks over the picturesque roads and rooftops

Pros: The location was perfect and bang in the middle of the old town. The staff were so helpful and friendly

Cons: Our room (19) had no fridge even tho all the other rooms had. There was only a Nespresso in the room so having a cup of tea involved going down from the 4th floor to ground floor for hot water and milk. The sliding bathroom door was so stiff to open that you had to use 2 hands and some effort to pull open. We couldn’t exit the room without a key card and as the desk is not manned from 11pm - 7am it did concern us if there had been a power failure or a fire. We were told that all doors would automatically open but we’d rather trust a normal key…..just in case. The view from our window was of a drab, half painted inner courtyard and the neighbours rusty air conditioner Our towels were not changed once in 5 days The room had no natural light and was very gloomy.

Pros: The staff and the location. A lovely boutique hotel, right next to the Plaza De La Reina in the old town. So easy to wander around the beautiful cit

Cons: The Coffee machine at breakfast. It broke often and was not suitable for even just a few guests.

Great location and well laid out room reasonably priced - my second visit.

Pros: Didn't have breakfast - location was excellent and staff very helpful.

Perfect stay , would book again without hesitation

Pros: Location was very central. Breakfast was adequate, perhaps a few more bread/ pastry choices would have been nice.

Pros: Really central location. Very clean. Lovely staff, particularly Faisa, the Italian girl on reception. We had a bizarre electric outage in the middle of the night but it was sorted straightaway and we were offered another room and a free breakfast to compensate.

Cons: Nothing to complain about!
