Great location, up to 5 people, heart of the city!
Pros: The location was excellent, and the property itself was very spacious. Check-in and check-out were both straightforward, with clear instructions and no issues at all. The owner was also extremely helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place.
Cons: As the property is located right in the heart of the city centre, there can be some noise from the street outside. This is to be expected given the central location and is unfortunately beyond anyone’s control.

City center apartment with all the comforts
Pros: Location in Valencia city center; Apartment fully equipped with all the essentials, including a washing machine
Cons: Cleanliness could be improved. Being right in the city center, there is some noise at night below the apartment (earplugs recommended)

Pros: Excellent location and facilities inside the appartment as well as the communication with the hosts.
Cons: The stairs and the hall are very bad so it is hard to take your luggage upstairs. Also, just in front of the building, young people obviously like hanging out, so it was really noisy till 5 a.m.

Pros: Pro: great position, few steps from the central market, in the city center. easy to get in, code to access the main door, 2 Key sets for the apartment. Clean and scented linen is provided. good WI-fi
Cons: Due to the central location consider the risk of noise coming from people talking at night (friday night people was laughing and singing till 5' AM . No lift and quite narrow stairs as in the old city apartments. Scarce noise insulation from the 2nd floor apartment (you can hear people walking). cleaning ok, but could be improved. the apartment is a nice one room studio with double bed in the mezzanine. The other three single beds are located in the entrance corridor + one and in the main room. TV set is very small and not smart TV . The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, the water is heated by a boiler and the amount of hot water is not sufficient to completely fill the tub.

Pros: Our stay was great! The location is perfect – right in the heart of the old town, allowing us to fully enjoy the atmosphere and sights. Communication with the host was excellent. The only thing to keep in mind is that it can be a bit noisy at night, but that’s expected given the central location.

Excellent location
Pros: Excellent location, many restaurants and bars nearby. Helpful host. Very easy to get the keys. Powerful a/c. Kitchen full equipped. Dishwasher and washing mashine. Bakery and fresh good coffee from early morning in next house. Secure building and safe area, next is huge and beautiful marketbuilding. Walking distance to everywhere. On sundays are some turistic places for free, like churches, palais of marquise de sieteaguas, La Lonja palace.
Cons: Voices from the street and 75 steps to our room.

Ottima zona centrale
Pros: Posizione super top.. Consiglio.. È In zona centrale del quartiere più culturale e con tanto da fare vedere mangiare.. Noleggi una bici e In un attimo vai ovunque.. Da lì al parco del turja in bici spettacolare.. Arriva fino al l'oceanografico.. Che non abbiamo fatto per scelta.. Volevamo dedicarci ad altro.. Magari prossima volta da andare anche all'Albufera a vedere il tramonto.. Non abbiamo fatto in tempo con i giorni.. Buona occasione per tornare..

Buono, ma migliorabile
Pros: La posizione è fantastica, l' host è molto gentile e disponibile, quattro posti letto comodi.
Cons: L'appartamento al terzo piano ha una scalinata impegnativa, con poco si potrebbero migliorare i servizi (nuove posate, i coltelli non tagliano e ci sono solo forchettine da frutta), un paio di sedie in più (se si è in quattro ospiti due mangiano sulle sedie e gli altri due su delle poltroncine non adatte per la tavola). Una migliore attenzione alla pulizia del vano scale (si trovano scarafaggi di notevoli dimensioni).

Tutto bene anche perché già stata più volte a Valencia e ci torno sempre volentieri
Pros: Appartamento in ottima posizione, in centro, vicinissimo ai luoghi di interesse. Dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari.
Cons: Le scale, noi eravamo al terzo piano ma ci sono molte scale da fare senza ascensore. La confusione di notte in strada se si vuole dormire con la finestra aperta
