Good value for money in a very central location. Perfect for a weekend break

Pros: Good location, all the facilities that were available were of a very high standard and the staff were very helpful in letting us check in early

Cons: The listing says that the reception is 24 hours but this is actually in a different hotel 6 minutes away. Not overly convenient if you need any help. Also in the last night the Wi-Fi stopped working

5 night stay in Valencia

Pros: Lovely Superior room with Balcony in the old historic center of Valencia very near to good restaurants and shops and only a 3 minute walk to the Central Market.The establishment operates a self check system so never met the owners but the check in instructions were accurate and precise.

Cons: Nothing really other than perhaps an in room coffee/tea making would have been useful for an early cuppa rather than having to get dressed to go out and get one from a local coffee shop

Perfect for what we needed

Pros: Definitely the local and also the style of the rooms. Good aircon too

Cons: Not enough electrical sockets and rooms rather dark.

Pros: Excellent location in the heart of the old city—just a short walk to all the main tourist attractions. While the room was on the smaller side, it was modern, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for our 4-day holiday in Valencia

Cons: We found the check-in process a bit frustrating. We had two bookings under the same last name, and the self check-in machine showed an error due to this. Although it’s possible to check in using a reservation number, we weren’t provided with it in advance—no email or message with the necessary details. Since reception is only open in the morning (9–12), and check-in starts after 3 pm, there was no staff available when we arrived around 4 pm. We had to make an international call to contact the hotel and get our reservation number. The issue was eventually resolved, but it seemed odd that the machine couldn't handle two reservations with the same last name but different first names. This is definitely something that could be improved.

Pros: Great location. Nice, elegant room. Easy self checkin.

Cons: The bathtub was more like a livingroom shower with edges or a small swimming pool

Fabulous setting to waken to and relax in at end of day’s exploration.

Pros: The terrace & view from the room. The personal welcome ( for info on València ) although only due to power cut were Thomas and Abdi there.

Cons: No info re breakfast - only noticed by chance after 3 days! No info re escape in event of fire! No coffee/tea making in room, not sure how to source an iron/ironing board.

Good place to discover Valencia

Pros: The location is right in the center of the city so you can walk everywhere

Cons: The room was missing some lamps or light in some areas

Pros: The room is really well located, and the staff is friendly enough. It was nice of them to keep my bags, and I felt looked after, which is the most important thing.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the size of the bed and having to walk around the huge bed to get to the sink. I get it's the design of the room, but there wasn't much space so it was a little annoying.

Pros: The location was perfect. It was very close to the old town.

Cons: The bathroom was, sort of, unexpected. It was a huge bathtub placed in the middle of the room with clear glasses around it.

Pros: Location, amenities, comfort of the rooms, air condition

Cons: We had minimal contact with staff- which wasn’t a bad thing necessarily!
