Cristina Apartamento Center

Pros: Exceptional apartment! Spacious, furnished with style with all necessary equipment and beyond, close to the center, few supermarkets very close, covered parking for 5 Euros per day, bus station to the beach... Excellent! Valencia is a great city, we have spent a wonderful holiday! We will surely be back and if we have luck in the same apartment. Thank you Cristina.

Pros: The apartment is very clean, smells nice, the location is quiet and peaceful even tho it is on the 8th floor in a busy neighborhood. Someone waited for us to arrive and then someone hired to clean came for the check-out.

Cons: The person waiting for us was very insistent, writing to me on whatsapp, in Spanish, several times before arriving, asking me for the time and only switched to English after I insisted. We had to leave 100 EURO deposit but that is stated on the platform before reserving and also in the confirmation e-mail. She gave us a receipt for the money and let us take pictures of the apartment. At check-out the cleaning person only looked at the overall apartment and gave us our money back. There were no issues with that, but you do have to have the cash available. Also, we did not have enough toilet paper and garbage bags, we had to buy some extra :)) There is AC only in the living room, it was not a big problem for us because it was not that hot outside (24 degrees C) but being on the 8th floor it would probably get hot in summer. The other rooms have fans. The elevator does not look bad, it is clean and renovated but small, so only two people fit at once.

Pros: Great apartment 15 minutes walk from historical city center, 10 minutes from metro station.

Pros: We liked the apartment. It is spacious, well equipped, very confy beds and pillows. Colse to an underground parking, quite cheap, close to 2 supermarkets. Walkable distance to the town historic center. Very nice host.

Fantastic week at Cristina's apartment

Pros: We have loved everything about our stay in this apartment. It was very spacious, spotlessly clean, close to the main attractions, bars and restaurants. Very comfy beds, great shower, small but nice balcony, great view from 8th floor. Our host Cristina was fantastic, explaining everything about apartment and the city. Gracias for everything !

Pros: Very large appartment, close to a parking for less than 5 euro per day. Close to bike rental facilities.

Pros: Cristina is a wonderful host. She received us at the place, made us feel comfortable, and it was a warm and welcoming environment

Cons: The elevator was not working properly. But it was enough to bring 2 people at the time

Feels like home

Pros: The location is excellent, only 10min walking distance from the center. The apartment is very big and super comfortable, it is equipped with such thought and detail that you really feel like home. There is an elevator in the building so it is convenient if you travel with a large suitcase. Perfect accomodation for families. I don't have a single negative thing to say about the whole experience, highly recommended!

Large apartment with good location.

Pros: Location was 20 minutes easy walk to centre. Supermarket nearby. Well presented kitchen.

Cons: Nothing, would easily stay there again.
