Pros: The apartament was very clean, comfortable and also very pleasent to stay

Pros: Lovely and well maintained ground floor duplex apartment right next to a bus stop from where you can get to the center in 10 minutes. It is well equipped, air-conditioned and with a spacious bathroom and laundry facility. A little extra is that there's a fitness center next door for those who like to do some exercises...

We enjoyed overall.

Pros: Nicely designed and cosy for a family of 4. Good conections to the old city.

Cons: Clean but not clean. The shelves in the kitchen were dirty. It doesn’t look fresh.

Perfect stay for a family

Pros: It was all perfect. The space is comfortable,with high ceiling ,well equipped , confy beds, accessible bathroom ,laundry area. The neighbourhood is lovely, close to the city centre but quiet, and homely. Full of services and transport just by the door. We walked most of the days,but the buses are just by the house and connecting is super easy. Its not noisy even if its on the ground floor. It has black out curtains to block the light as the windows are quite high. Kitchen well equipped. All perfectly functioning. Host were very attentive and check in and out super simple.

Cons: There was a overwhelming smell coming from the sewer. But we felt that in parts of the city.

Pros: The location was very good, bus stop is just in front of the door. Good restaurants and super markets near by. very convenient for family.

Pros: The owner of the apartment brought the key at the time we arrived and explained everything. Very cosy apartment with all amenities on the ground floor, close to the city centre, bus stops and shops. New modern furniture, comfortable beds, thick curtains on the windows to sleep well at night, enough bed linen and towels. Nice kitchen supplies to cook food. Nice smell in the apartment all the time. It is a great place to stay in Valencia

Cons: I'm a light sleeper so I've heard a little noise in the morning from public service and transport but for my daughter everything was perfect

Pros: Very comfortable apartment, large and clean. Well equipped with everything you need. Highly recommended

Pros: Bellissimo appartamento in posizione eccellente.. In 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la città vecchia.. Silenzioso ed accogliente nonostante si trovi proprio davanti alla fermata del bus (piano terra)

Pros: Die Unterkunft war modern und hatte alles was man braucht. Alles war hervorragend :)

Pros: Limpieza, ubicación, comodidad de las camas, acceso a pie de calle

Cons: En la parte de arriba es fácil darse un golpe en la cabeza porque el techo está a diferentes alturas.
