Pros: A nice appartment for this price. Good localization, the city centre reachable on foot. Good contact with the owner. Easy check-in.

Cons: The sheet for the couch was a bit dirty. Internet wasn't working for most of our stay, but we didn't need it to use it much anyway. There could be some coffee and tea, that would be a great plus.

Overall, the place served us well and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a baby.

Pros: · Our stay suited the needs of our family’s first destination very well. The location was quite good, with everything we needed within walking distance. Communication went smoothly, and the key system worked perfectly. The host seemed experienced and even sent helpful reminders before our arrival. It was great that everything for our baby was provided — a high chair, travel cot, and towels just for the little one. We could easily prepare our own meals in the kitchen, and it was nice to find clean towels and bed linen for all three of us, plus some extra sets for the week. The necessary cleaning and washing supplies were also available, which was convenient.

Cons: What personally bothered me were the small cockroaches that appeared every day — very quick little creatures hiding in the cupboards and also on our things. I felt uncomfortable. I realize this might be quite normal for the Spanish climate, so perhaps the issue is just me noticing it too much. Things that could be improved: • The duvets were black and had visible stains. • The baby high chair was very dirty when we arrived (but it’s clean now!). • There was a real lack of hooks for outerwear and towels. • It would be helpful to have at least basic cooking essentials such as salt, pepper, and oil.

Pros: Everything was nice. perfect for 3 people, privacy, a/c, nice and well equiped kitchen. Location was ok, as you have public transportation around. Supermarket and coffee shops as well. Highly recommend.

Pros: Good location. 10 minutes walking to the centre. Many bus and tram options around. Many shops around. Quiet at night.

Pros: Excellent stay, quick access from center by bike&bus, quiet and clean. 💯

Pros: Departamento cómodo, limpio, con aire acondicionado, cama cómoda. Todo prácticamente nuevo. Relativamente cerca del transporte. Cerca hay un minimarket y locales para comer.

Cons: Pensé que me faltaría una colcha para la segunda cama, pero manteniendo el aire acondicionado encendido no hubo necesidad.

Pros: Que estaba muy bien equipado y con todo lo necesario para una semana

Cons: Internet no iba y había cucarachas chicas por la parte de la cocina

Pros: Todo en general, es buena ubicación, el piso está muy bien equipado. Te dejan productos de limpieza, gel de ducha y champú, sal(2tipos) y pimienta Es muy cómodo y bonito, es perfecto para pasar unos días, la verdad que nos encantó

Cons: Había pequeñas cucarachas que salían de vez en cuando por la cocina pero se puede convivir

Un gran lugar para visitar Valencia!!!

Pros: Me gustó la ubicación y la comodidad de estar en una casita con lavadora y amplia. Todo luce como nuevo. Muy recomendable
