Pros: Compared to other hotels it was clean. Location is convenient, shops and transport nearby

Cons: The ventilation in the room was not working, which made it a bit stuffy.

Great

Pros: Great location, close to the city center and comfortable connections to the beach. The apartment is fully equipped and there is a lot of space for two people.

Cons: Windows only next to a door, not giving enough light and no outdoor air.

Good for value. Everything is brand new.

Pros: I liked that it was decorated with good quality furniture and appliances. Bathroom was functioning well, everything was new and clean. Also the location is good, right outside the city centre, but close to bus stops. Parking nearby is also available.

Cons: Pillows were high and uncomfortable. We changed the cover on some decorative pillows on day 2. Also, a bit unusual to me that the apartment door is right on the street. It does have its advantages, not passing through many doors, potentially straits etc, but it also means that if you want some fresh air, you need to keep the door open with people passing by on the sidewalk. Luckily it was the cold season, so we didn’t need to keep the door open too much, and the place is equipped with AC. Also, it was not too loud outside, so we could sleep during the night.

Pros: La struttura è in una buona posizione, l’ho trovata pulita e moderna.

Cons: Nulla

alloggio dotato di tutto quel che serve per cucinare e pure lavatrice , ferro da stiro

Pros: unica pecca un po la posizione non centrale ( una mezzoretta a piedi) ma con il bus 6 e 11 a un minuto dall'alloggio in dieci minuti si è in centro

Cons: una ventola di aspirazione molto rumorosa ( che ho disattivato il mattino successivo)

Ik vind het een heerlijke plek als je moet werken in Valencia. Alles is schoon en vrij nieuw.

Pros: Ik had geen wifi dus dat was wat lastig maar er zat een code bij. Ik moest even het sleutelsysteem doorhebben maar het is wel een heel veilig systeem dus dat voelde heel goed.

Pros: Apartamento con instalaciones nuevas , bonito, comodo y limpio. Cercano de varios supermercados.

Cons: Al ser un bajo, la ventilacion solo se puede hacer si tienes abierta la puerta que da a la calle o sea si te ven todos los que pasan. Lavabo atascado.

Pros: Znakomity kontakt z personelem, zainteresowanie klientem, czysty pokój, lokalizacja: 30 minut na stare miasto, 1h do morza, idealny środek dla wszystkich, którzy chcą zwiedzić i odpocząć na plaży.

COMODO

Pros: Posizione buona, so raggiunge il centro della città in una decina di minuti a piedi. Ottima l'apertura tramite app e con codice. Il climatizzatore scalda bene (visitato in inverno). Sono appartamenti fronte strada, solitamente ex negozi trasformati in appartamenti. C'è comunque totale privacy e assenza di rumore esterni, strada molto tranquilla

Cons: Molto apprezzato il set con spugna e detersivo per lavare i piatti. Purtroppo nell'abitazione erano assenti i beni solitamente a disposizione: sale e zucchero per dirne alcuni. È comunque completo di attrezzature da cucina.

Excelente departamento

Pros: El espacio amplio y la calidad de la cama, cocina y baño.

Cons: El sofá es realmente incómodo.
