Pros: very nicely furnished, clean, walkable distance to the city center

Cons: - not much daylight comes through the front door windows - the doorway is located literally at the bus stop. luckily the glass wall is mirrored, so people cannot see inside, but you can have a fun people watching experience - having a washing machine but not providing a drying rack doesn’t make much sense

Pros: Clean, comfortable & modern. Nice that it was around floor. Easy access for pram and luggage.

Cons: Lacking a few useful things such as a kettle, iron/ironing board and clothes dryer. Good washing machine but no clothes dryer?

Pros: Great studio with very good equipment. Location is great, 15 min walking to city center, metro station where you can take metro to airport is on less than 10 minutes walking. There are also tram/bus stations to beach and Bio parc neaby. Personnel is very polite and welcome. This is also very nice neighbourhood, seems to be family city quart.

Highly recommend for a city break or longer holidays.

Pros: Really comfortable and nicely designed apartment. Well-equipped with furniture (fantastic, large, comfortable bed!!!), appliances, and cutlery, with a large, comfortable, and clean bathroom. Additionally it was located in the convenient location - about 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket and 15 minutes on foot from old town.

Cons: The only downside was the location of the apartment. The apartments were located in old shops/service premises, which meant that you entered the living room of the apartment directly from the street. It was quite uncomfortable because you couldn't open the blinds or windows, as there were people waiting for the bus on the other side of the window. We were lucky because we had an apartment facing the street and not the alley with a car repair shop.

The only downside is that there are no windows, only the entrance door that opens directly to the street, so it’s hard to air out the place and there’s not much fresh air.

Pros: Location, liked that it was close to town centre, local supermarket and restaurants.

Cons: Bus stop right outside the door, with people right at the doorway when trying to get in or out of the apartment. Distance from beach bit fat to walk.

Comfortable stay and very well located.

Pros: The apartment is very well located. Just in front of it you can get Bus 11 directly to the City Center. Also, for parking there is a Interparking nearby at very affordable rates. The apartment was neat and clean and our stay was very comfortable.

Pros: Really lovely apartment with a big tv and couch area. Very clean and comfortable stay here with a great shower and amenities.

Cons: There was a bit of an odd smell in the apartment, but nothing too bad to disturb our stay. There was also a big crack going up the middle pillar in the room. Again, didn’t impact our stay though.

Pros: The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean and tidy. It is located in a nice neighbourhood, very close to bus and tram stops. It is a 15-minute walk to the tourist area of El Carmen. For those arriving by car, there are free parking spaces nearby. The staff are helpful.

Comfortable and Cosy Stay

Pros: The rooms looked new and well maintained. Right on the road but the great part was the doors were sound proof and no disturbance at all.

Cons: A little far from the old town and arts & science museum. But accesible by bus
