Pros: I didn't get her name but the girl at the front desk the night we checked in and the morning we left was amazing. One of the best customer service experiences I have had anywhere. The place itself was simple but very well located near the central market. They seem to be renovating at the moment (at least painting).

Cons: Room had a smoke smell

Excellent accommodation and staff

Pros: Excellent accommodation, with an outstanding location right next to the Merkat Central. The staff were great, helpful, and we always came back to clean bedding and a tidy room. They have reception, which was really helpful. Highly recommended for a 2–3 night stay!

Double Room

Pros: The location of the property is excellent as it is walking distance from the centre. Loads of eateries nearby. The staff are very friendly. The cleanliness was very good. Perfectly working AC. The room is not large, but perfect for 2 people.

Cons: The property does not have a lift. When turning the water on, it made quite a loud noise.

Pros: The location couldn't be better, very comfortable beds and pillows , very clean.

Cons: We didn't like all the stairs but with backpacks it was ok, the window was in a shaft not too much light.small but good for 2 persons

Very friendly staff.

Pros: Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was cleaned every day.

Cons: The facilities are quite dated, and the pillow was very uncomfy. The shower leaked and there were few amenities. However, this is advertised as a 1-star hotel and for that it did well.
