Spacious Penthouse with Private Terrace

Spacious, clean apartment with lovely terrace in quiet residential area.

Pros: Spacious, light, clean apartment with well equipped kitchen. Quiet location and lovely terrace. Handy for the metro and local buses.

Cons: Some occasional aircraft noise, which didn’t bother me but did sometimes disturb the other guest. Built up area with no green space or anything much of interest within walking distance.

Pros: The apartment was in a great location. Fabulous amenities. Clean and spacious. Balcony was an added bonus.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

Pros: great balcony, very well equipped, extremely clean, very accommodating of any requests and extremely responsive. located close to transport links to city. very near supermarket for supplies. felt very safe and entry was very secure.

Cons: was a little cool over night , didn’t find the extra bedding under the beds until we were leaving. water pressure of showers not great which meant we could only shower one at a time. next visit may choose to stay somewhere a little nearer centre although transport links excellent

Lovely apartment in a convenient location

Pros: Nice, very ordinary residential location close to the metro and to a very good local indoor market (fruit, veg, meat, fish etc). The apartment has very good air conditioning, two double and one single bedrooms, all you need in the kitchen, and a really nice big lounge and a lovely terrace. It was a great base for going to the different parts of Valencia, an easy metro ride to the sea, a half-hour walk into the centre of the old city.

Cons: There was a storm and the sunshade on the terrace was broken but the hosts were unable to replace it while we there and it was too hot to sit on the terrace in the afternoon.

Pros: everything worked, all fixtures and fitting were new. The terrace was the perfect size and easily accessed - sunset every evening. the property was quiet and we heard little to no interruptions from neighbours etc The value was great!

Cons: very little. water pressure in the shower was a lot low but not a big issues.

Uitstekende acomodatie, zeker voor een langer verblijf

Pros: Ruim appartement met alle nodige voorzieningen. Uitstekende WIFI. Ruim en comfortabel dakterras. Goede geluidsisolatie. Ligging dicht bij metrostation en alle nodige handelszaken in de onmiddellijke omgeving.

Cons: Koffiemachine was niet naar onze smaak en de nodige capsules moeilijk te vinden. Uitzicht vanaf het terras was alles behalve spectaculair. Maar dit waren details.

Valencia ist eine wundervolle Stadt und die Wohnung liegt perfekt in der Nähe der Metro

Pros: Tolle Terrasse und viel Platz. Bäckereien, Obst- und Gemüsehändler in der Nähe. Die Metro ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Und abends auf der Terrasse chillen.

Cons: Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist etwas eng. Aber kein echtes Problem.

Pros: Heel comfortabel en volledig van alles voorzien. Goeie tips, goed gelegen en leuk terras.

Pros: Appartamento molto grande dotato di tutto. Facilissimo il check-in e vicino a metro e bus.
