Great apartment in a good location

Pros: Nice modern and spacious apartment, well equipped and in a good location in Valencia handy for the metro. One en-suite bathroom and one separate bathroom, comfy beds and good facilities in the kitchen.

Cons: The shower hose in the main bathroom was attached the wrong way which meant it didn't stay in the holder, I managed to fix this so all good. Owners wanted to charge an excessive amount for a late check out, so we left by 11 am.

Pros: Apartment was excellent. New, clean and spacious. Very well equipped.

Cons: Terrace was sunless. Fans in the bathrooms didn't work. Views were poor.

Pros: The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped. The kitchen provides everything you need, even coffee pads and a bottle of water in the fridge, which we really appreciated. The bathrooms are modern. The apartment was cleaned spotlessly, and the communication with the host was easy and friendly. We could check in earlier, which was a big plus. We'd definitely stay in the apartment again.

Pros: The apartment is spacious, very well equipped and clean. We could also use nice terrace that was accessible from the rooms.

Cons: The walls are thin. We could hear people taking showers on the higher floors, but it is just a tiny minus.

Highly recommended!

Pros: Hosts very friendly. We arrived very early, way before the check in time, and a they have allowed us to leave the bags before check in time. One lady came only to collect our bags, before the apartment is available. Very, very kind gest! Additionally, check in instructions were very clear, sent well advance and the owners replied very promptly to each massage. Apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Muy recomendado!!!

Pros: Nos hemos quedado muy satisfechos con el alojamiento, es la tercera vez que elegimos el mismo apartamento. El proceso de check in es muy fácil y cómodo, la estancia muy limpia y muy cuidada. El colchón es cómodo y grande. El trato del personal es estupendo y están a tu disposición siempre. Espectacular como siempre!

TOP Belevenis in een TOP appartement met een perfecte ligging en...RUSTIG !

Pros: ALLES perfect verlopen, mochten zelfs een uurtje eerder inchecken. En voor de rest: alles wat er beloofd was, is er ook geweest. 3 perfecte slaapkamers, mooi, proper, 2 badkamers, wat een LUXE... We zijn maar 1 koppel maar wegens ziekte moet mijn vrouw eerder slapen gaan en daarom dus dit meerkamerig appartement. Ook het terrasje is super, heel rustig, je kunt er echt van genieten. Dus...101/100. Een echte aanrader, zelfs voor 1 koppel...Ook de ligging is perfect, op 50 m van de metro..Ook 2 supermarkten vlakbij de deur...En vele lekkere restaurantjes in de buurt, spotgoedkoop. Hier komen we zeker terug. Dank voor de eigenaars/beheerders voor ALLES !!!!

Conforto, tranquilidade, perto de tudo.

Pros: Apartamento muito espaçoso e bem equipado, silencioso e com muito conforto. O acesso ao metro é muito perto e apesar de estar fora do centro de valência é super rápido aceder!

Cons: As almofadas são muito altas, boas para estar sentado encostado mas para dormir nem por isso.
