Clean & Very Comfortable Apartment

Cosy and comfortable.

Pros: Very spacious and cosy. Looks better than on the photos.

Cons: Bedrooms have no view.

I loved Valencia and the apartment was great and very spacious.

Pros: The location was a little far from the historical center, but very easy to reach with public transportation, which is super easy to use and very cheap.

Cons: It would have been better to be closer to the historical center, but it wasn;t really a problem as we could easily get there by bus just a block from the apartment.

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Pros: Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Straße war ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. U-Bahnstation 5 Minuten Fußweg.

Cons: Bei eingeschalteter Klimaanlage machte in einem Bad die Lüftung laute Geräusche. Die Schränke im Schlafzimmer rochen sehr parfümiert, nach 3 Tagen mit offenen Türen waren sie endlich ausgelüftet. Die Unterkunft liegt in der Einflugschneise zum Flughafen. Nachts zwischen 1.00 und 6.00 Uhr ist Ruhe. In unserer Wohnung in der 2. Etage war kaum etwas davon zu hören und wir fühlten uns nicht gestört. Unsere Freunde hatten die Penthaus-Wohnung in der 5. Etage, da ist es auf der Dachterrasse schon recht laut.

Pros: L’appartamento è nuovo e molto confortevole. La cucina era munita di tutto il necessario , era presente anche la macchinetta del caffè con le cialde. La pulizia impeccabile, lenzuola e asciugamani profumavano di pulito e tutto l’appartamento era bene refrigerato. La zona è un po’ fuori dal centro ma con i mezzi si raggiunge facilmente

Cons: Dal primo bagno si sentiva il rumore della macchina del condizionatore continuamente.

Verkehrsgünstige Lage außerhalb der Altstadt

Pros: Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb, aber in der Nähe einer Metrostation und eines Supermarkts in einer Straße ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Die Abwicklung war sehr professionell. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Cons: Der Abzug in einem der beiden Bäder ist, wie auch schon in anderen Bewertungen ausgeführt, sehr laut.

Pros: Großzügige Wohnung, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Supermarkt und Öffis in direkter Nähe.

Cons: Klimaanlage im Bad sehr laut. Wasserdruck eher mässig.

Great apartment, neighborhood not good for restaurants but felt very safe.

Pros: The apartment was awesome but the neighborhood was just OK. Close to the metro and train station. Not really good places to eat around this neighborhood but felt safe in this neighborhood. Grocery stores were close by. Easy access to the metro so we had many options to go to other neighborhoods to eat/drink. There were 4 adults staying here and we had plenty of room to hang out in the living room and kitchen. Balcony is quite small, really only enough space for 1-2 people. Nice washer and the drying rack provided was enough for us.

Cons: The loud noise when the air conditioning was on. It was only loud in the one bathroom in the hallway, so didn't bother us at night but the person next to that bathroom probably has a different perspective.

Pros: expensive for the location. Free parking in the street but almost impossible to get a place. 30 mins walk from center but public transportation near. Not a trendy zone. Good quality.
