Spacious Clean & Colorful Apt Quiet Zone

Pros: Huge, clean apartment in a really good location near a metro station or 30 mins walk from Old Town!

Cons: Not many friendly bars near - better off going to old town but metro stops running at 10pm - we happily walked home after nights out without problem.

Pros: A very spacious, quiet, clean and very comfortable apartment. Provision of some basic condiments was appreciated. Everything was most satisfactory.

Cons: It could be a little closer to the old town, the start of which is about a twenty minute walk away.

Pros: This is a really wonderful appartment!! Very clean, quite, and with 2 independent bathroom, that is very great to us! There are kitchenware that we can cook, and do the laundry as well. The metro is near by, and a delicious restaurant we go everyday. I love our trip in Valencia and will definite choose this appartment again next time!!!

New, clean and fresh apartment, quiet location perfect for exploring Valencia without a car

Pros: Easy to gain access on arrival. Our second floor apartment was new, clean, location close to Metro Stations, Bus Routes, Supermarket. Very quiet in the night so easy to sleep but still close to get to the city, Very quiet air-conditioning system which, we although we turned it off overnight, we think you could leave on and still sleep if the temperature was very hot. Felt safe and secure,

Cons: Nothing not to like if you want to be close to but not directly in the city. Not good for parking if you had a car.

No complaints,. We would stay there again.

Pros: All the little things were there e.g. washing up stuff, sugar, salt etc. The air conditioning was quiet.

Cons: Lighting in bathrooms a bit dim. In the main bedroom too much space was taken up by built-in cupboards which are not needed. We had to stop using the bath because the flat below complained that water was coming through their ceiling. As this was quite late at night when they complained and we had to catch an early flight the next day this was a little inconvenient. On the other hand it only happened on our last night so it didn't inconvenience us too much. Hopefully the problem will be fixed promptly.

Modern, Spacious and Clean

Pros: Very spacious and clean. Lift access and fairly nice area. Fast Internet and good amenities. Unfortunately didn't spend much time in apartment as working but did use washing machine before returning. Everything works as it should.

Cons: Parking. As I had a rental car, nowhere to park so every evening it was cat and mouse to find a space.

Pros: A very spacious and clean apartment with everything you need. Would definitly recommend staying here. A few minutes walk to the metro so perfect location also.

relax and amazing

Pros: it was very new and very quiet. it was around 20 minutes walk from the city centre. also public transport very close. a lot of restaurants and bars around the apartment. there is a supermarket within 5 minutes walk.

Cons: the internet was very unstable for watching online tv.

Perfect place to stay!

Pros: The apartment was beautiful!, everything brand new!

Pros: La ubicación en un barrio tranquilo pero con buen acceso al transporte público, metro y bus, y la cercanía al centro de Valencia. Supermercados cerca para comprar y locales próximos donde comer. El apartamento resulta muy cómodo y tiene de todo para pasar unos días como en casa.

Cons: La cerradura inteligente que te obliga a descargarte una aplicación y llevar siempre el móvil encima para poder abrir la puerta.
