When visiting Valencia would stay again
Pros: No difficulties to access the property with a code. Communication with the host was very clear. Appartment located 5' walk from metro station. Buses nearby as well as a Consum market and a bakery. Metro lines to airport, city center and coast. Apartment tidy and fully equipped.

Wonderful apartment in a great location.
Pros: We loved our stay! The location was great - in a quiet residential area, with shops nearby (including a wonderful bakery and a fruit and veg shop). It was around a 30 minute walk into the Old Town. The apartment was spacious and was well equipped, with everything you might need for a short stay. Really effective air conditioning and it was lovely to have the small balcony to people watch in the mornings. Check in and out process was effective and we appreciated the welcome guide left by the hosts.
Cons: Nothing! We just wished we could have stayed longer.

Excellent stay in Valencia, very comfortable and big apartment.
Pros: I was really speechless after entering the apartment. It was way more bigger than I ever expected and very very clean but cosy. Excellent big kitchen with a dishwasher (which is quite uncommon in Spain), excellent WIFI, two big bathrooms and three bedrooms, way more than we actually needed. Personally I loved the Patraix neighbourhood with a galeteria and a small supermercado within two minutes walk and a metro station nearby. It's about half an hour walking to the city centre, which I would definitely recommend to do so.
Cons: The process to enter the building and the apartment is quite complicated, you need to be a little bit tech-savvy. Once it is working it's really easy but for the process to get there it is very important to read the instrcutions carefully.

Lovely, relaxing, really good value for money, would stay again in an instant…
Pros: Light, airy, modern and VERY clean… 20 min walk from City centre, 5 min walk to train/tram, good location. Very secure with coffee machine, dishwasher and all thats needed for a short stay. The hosts were really helpful when it came to check-in and codes etc needed to access the property all sent ahead of time - really great…!

Lovely apartment, close by to the metro. Great city stay!
Pros: Very close to the metro, just outside of the old town.
Cons: The main shower, the pressure was quite low. An electric or power shower would be very good to get.

Pros: Het is een erg ruim appartement, pluspunten: twee badkamers en een hele goede Airco! Het is modern ingericht (iets te veel Ikea) en schoon. Gratis wifi aanwezig. Supermarkt, Metro op loopafstand.
Cons: Omdat het appartement buiten het oude centrum ligt, mis je de gezellige drukte van Valencia als je de deur uitloopt.

Bon refuge pour visiter València.
Pros: Propreté ; images publiées conformes à la réalité ; facilité du lock électronique. Métro à 5 minutes et boulangerie à 2 minutes.
Cons: Avoir sa batterie externe pour ouvrir la porte. Pas de grande surface aux alentours.

Pros: Это очень чистые апартаменты, красивые , просторные , удобное расположение, было комфортно находиться в них
Cons: Проблема была в том , если включить тепло и в одной из ванн начинает шуметь вытяжка и не возможно спать . А если выключить вытяжку , то будет холодно . И в этой же ванне плохо напор воды .

Pros: Las, camas eran muy cómodas y grandes. El salón muy espacioso. La ubicación genial, con la parada de metro muy cerca.
Cons: En la bañera, caía poca agua por la alcachofa.
