Lovely quiet stay just outside the city with nice terrace
Pros: Lovely terrace, very comfortable beds and pillows, quiet neighborhood and easy access to taxi (best way to travel to the city, very cheap). Appartment was quiet too, had all the things you need for a comfortable stay and kitchen well equipped. Communication with the owner was smooth and friendly, although they could only advise us on day of arrival whether we could store our luggage before check-in since we arrived early. Anyway that was no problem at all since the city is full of luggage storage so we helped ourselves on that one =)
Cons: First thing we did was opening the curtains in the living room but the whole construction fell down, the ends were not fixed, only a few centimeters of the tubes held the whole thing together in the middle and it was impossible to touch without falling so we decided to leave the curtains and put them back up at the very last moment. But apart from that, very happy with our stay, we can definitely recommend!

We felt good staying there
Pros: Is a large apartment, clean and airy. The terrace looks wonderful. We used the urban transportation to get wherever we wanted, because the flat is a few hundred meters from metro stations and bus stations, and the urban transport system in Valencia is good, affordable an reliable. Easy transfer by metro from the Valencia Airport. The apartment has all the bare necessities for a stay, with complimentary water and coffee tabs. I enjoyed our stay there.
Cons: The dressers smells a little stale.

Sunny Valencian week
Pros: Easy access when we arrived - we phoned to say we were early and they kindly let us in . We really enjoyed breakfast and evenings on the balcony as the sun always seemed to reach some part of it . Consum supermarket nearby had everything you could want . Also nice bakery opposite the park for bread , croissants etc . Quiet neighbourhood . Patraix metro is close and easy to link up to other lines .
Cons: Plenty dishes , glasses & cutlery but it would be helpful to have a bread board/ bigger chopping board

A pleaseant stay
Pros: It is a great house, very clean, spacious modern and with all the facilities.
Cons: The position, is not near neither the center or the sea but there is the metro station really near with the house.

Excellent appartment in a lovely neighbourhood close to the metro station.
Pros: The appartment was great, very clean and comfortable with everything you need. The location is excellent, just 20 minutes walk from the railway station and few minutes from metro. The owner was always available and very helpful.

Excellent place to stay in Valencia
Pros: A wonderful place to stay, and exactly as advertised with a lovely terrace and lots of space. A quiet, well facilitated flat that had everything we needed and more. Metro stations are 3-4 min walk away and the flat is a 20 min walk into downtown Valencia.
Cons: ……..absolutely nothing to complain about!

Pros: Super mooi, ruim en fris appartement net buiten het drukke centrum en dicht bij een metrohalte. Bedden waren netjes opgemaakt bij aankomst. Keuken is goed uitgerust met alles wat je nodig kan hebben.

Fijn vakantie appartement.
Pros: Modern appartement, heel licht met aangenaam terras. Prima bedden en de 2 badkamers waren prima. Ligging is dicht bij de metro en supermarkten. We konden vroeger inchecken en dat hebben we erg gewwardeerd. Communicatie verliep vlot.
Cons: De keukenuitrusting is wat mager, het was vaak behelpen. Je hoort regelmatig vliegtuigen overvliegen, persoonlijk hebben we er weinig last van gehad.

Pros: Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos. Check-in mit Code und App war super. Die Wohnung mit Terrasse hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Metrostation war nicht weit weg und die Umgebung war recht ruhig. Supermarkt und leckerer Bäcker ebenfalls alles schnell zu erreichen. Insgesamt hat uns Valencia sehr gut gefallen und wir waren sicher nich das letzte Mal hier.
