Lovely apartment

Pros: We chose this apartment because we wanted somewhere peaceful to sleep, and it is definitely very quiet. It was clean, and spacious. It had everything we needed (we didn't cook though). There are nice cafes nearby, and supermarkets. The metro line is 5 minutes walk. The agency that run the place are very responsive.

Cons: There isn't much flexibility to get a late checkout without paying extra. E.g. It's EUR100 to checkout between 11am-1pm. A full day charge if later.

City break in a Valencia

Pros: Apartment was really spacious & clean with everything we needed. It was exactly as depicted on advertisement.It was easy to access & the hosts directions for entry were clear & easy to follow.

Cons: Apartment is not within walking distance of city centre & very few restaurants nearby. You need to use the metro to get around- 3 stops to city centre & 5 stops to the beach. Metro stops were located nearby however. Apartment is in residental area.

Pros: Spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen. Fantastic aircon which is a rarity in Europe. 5 min walk from subway station, Supermarket 5 min walk. Bathrooms are fine.

Cons: The bedrooms are a bit on a small side. We did not want to watch TV but in any case we could not get any channel.
