Osito Hub - Campoamor

Pros: Wonderful place, in a good, strategic location, very well planned and equipped with all the necessary things. We can access the apartment anytime with the received code, which is very convenient. Contact with the hosts was also great; we felt very well taken care of during our stay. We recommend Osito Hub and would be happy to be back during our next visit to Valencia. Greetings to the whole team, you are doing a great job!

Pros: Location is great. Very quiet area. Walking distance to the seaside and port. A few metro stops from old town. Metro station Aiora is a few minutes away and connects you directly with airport. Big supermarkets all around. Travelling by metro and bus is easy. 10 trip pass is transferible and costs 6.50€ (zone A). Even getting to El Palmar in la Albufera by bus (do a boat trip at sunset in the lake!) is covered by the pass. The studio has everything you need. We are a couple and I'd say it was just right for 2 people.

Cons: We liked everything. The staff is attentive and available if you have any questions or need anything.

Pros: Convenient location (close to Ayora metro station) - good for exploration of both the seaside area and the city centre. Hosts are super responsive via the dedicated WhatsApp group. Mercadona supermarket, very decent local bars and cafes are within 3-5 minute walk from the accommodation.

Cons: Kitchen facilities could be slightly improved.

Great room

Pros: Clean and well-equipped room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location to transportation and main attractions. I recommend with all confidence.

Pros: I really liked the location, because it was very quiet and in the middle between the beach and the city. It was also really close to grocery shop, bus stop and metro station. Check in was also very nice, there is no need to carry the key, because you access the property with a code :) We also really liked the AC, the curtains to make the room dark, the fridge and the coffee machine! It was also very nice to have the hairdryier and wine opener.

Cons: I noticed few stains on the bed sheet, but other than that the room was very clean! Also I dont know what was used to clean the hallway, but the smell was awful :c

Pros: Thank you for the apartment! Everything was fantastic! Clean, beautiful, comfortable. I would like to highlight the key-code system separately. It is convenient that you do not have to wait for someone to meet you, to hand over the key.

Pros: Everything was perfect, from communicating with the staff to the apartment and its conditions. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. We were waiting with water, wine and coffee. Check in was at 15:00 but we arrived around 10:00 and we could not take over the apartment at that time but they found as a solution to leave the luggage at their office and we and the children were able to visit the city and go to the beach and when we arrived at the apartment our luggage was already there, and so we did not miss the day. I was glad that the apartment is on the ground floor, on the street level because it was very easy to get out and enter with the 2 small children. Even if it was right in the street it was not noisy as they say in other comments, at least for us it was a successful holiday and next time I will choose them if they have availability. Pros: A short but very pleasant stay. The host welcomed us with wine and cold water – a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Public transport (including the metro) is relatively close – we recommend getting a travel card for easier commuting. The host was attentive and responsive to our needs. Thank you!

Cons: espresso machine is a plus , my husband will prepare coffee for us, but suprisingly he found vinegar, oil in the jar instead of coffee capsules 😆 No tea bags as well🤣

Pros: You should notice that the room's door is straight to the street. However, as this is a safe and busy place, you should not be worried about security. You can have everything you need in less than 2 blocks away. There is a primary school in front of the room. Despite that, you will not have problems with noise during the night. It was an awesome stay.
