Pros: Location. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Kitchen with oven. Supermarkets close to the place and also bars and restaurants

Cons: Kitchen utensils. Although there are enough to cook your things, there should be more choice if you plan to cook there

Great location, great design but need some attention..

Pros: Location is great, lot of shops and caffe around, Mercado is just a next door. 20min walk to the sea and 20min walk to central park Apartments filled will all needed tools and devices (microwave, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher...everything is there) Fast internet and comfortable bed There is a lot of light in room

Cons: Apartments needs some good cleanup, bathroom have some issues :( And kitchen need adjusting as its not opening/closing good. Be aware sound isolation is not great too so you may hear people speaking outside and at night there way be some party so it's could be pretty loud (people not music) Light could be more flexible in most cases i used bathroom light at evening, as other light is too bright and couldn't find how to split lighting

Exceptional customer service, and property met all our expectations in a great location.

Pros: Perfect location for both the beach and Old Town, being pretty much equidistant to two metro stations Large supermarket next door, really useful for things at the property. Lots of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. From a customer service point of view, I would give 11 out of 10 if I could - great communication throughout our stay, allowed us to leave luggage on our last day so that we didn't have to lug it around, and Michelle also kindly loaned me her own umbrella as it rained on the last day too. Would recommend 100%.

Convenient apartment, smartly designed with good quality equipment.

Pros: Great location, right near the supermarket and very close to metro station. Everything you would need during your stay is there and works well.

Cons: Ground floor with blurred window which makes room dark.

Good Stay Overall – Comfortable, Well-Furnished Apartment

Pros: The apartment is nicely furnished, and the bed is large and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, and microwave. We appreciated that the hosts informed us the apartment was ready even before the official check-in time. They were also very pleasant and responsive in all our communication. The TV is large, and if you have a subscription for streaming or other content, you’ll be able to enjoy it.

Cons: Overall, the stay was good, with no major complaints. We stayed for 10 days and initially received one dishwasher tablet, later finding two more. Since we used the kitchen every day, we had to buy additional tablets, oil, and salt. Considering the length of our stay, we would have appreciated having more of these essentials provided. We also ended up using a hand towel to dry the dishes, so we suggest the host add a proper kitchen towel for this purpose. We stayed in Apartment C, which probably has the best location: one window facing the street and two facing the passage. However, whenever any of them were open, we could hear noise from the Mercadona. Nights were loud even until 3, 3.30AM. The air conditioning and the fan worked great, though both blow directly toward the bed. The location is okay: about 35-40 minutes from the beach and 40-45 minutes from the city center. We weren’t happy with the online check-in procedure, since it required us to take photos of our passports and upload them to their site, instead of simply entering the passport number, country, and expiration date. Overall, we feel the accommodation is a bit pricey. We would recommend addressing the small details mentioned above and consider booking directly through their official site.

Pros: Great location. Friendly helpful staff. There's a supermarket right next door and lots of good places to eat or grab a beer nearby. The city centre is easily accessible by bus or metro.

Pros: I liked the WhatsApp group created with the property owner, as we were able to ask questions easily and stay in contact.

Cons: More towels provided would be nice!

Pros: The staff was outstanding, super attentive and flexible. They promptly resolved all our demands and were super kind. Highly recommended it!

An ideal stay for couples, close to the city center and also to the sea.

Pros: The property is situated at a nice quiet area, close to all amenities, the center of the city and also the sea. The inside is very tidy and clean. You can tell that the property has been renovated recently. The staff is responsive and polite.

Cons: The online check in procedure is very long. Also the check out at 11 is kind of brutal.
