Pros: Location,all apartment is fully equipped,near the bus to the centre and beach,near the metro station to the airport,good supermarket Consum and Dia are nearby. I strongly recommend this property.

Pros: Very convenient, close to bus 32 and close to supermarket. Take bus 32 to beach or to city center in 15-20mins

Confortable and clean

Pros: Clean, well equiped with all nedeed. Close to the groceries and buss station. Metro station at 5 minute walk. A sweet surprise waited for us at arrival.

Cons: Poor water pressure at the shower.

Pros: We are a couple with a 1-year old baby and we were really satisfied with Soraya's place. We got a baby crib upon request, and the host surprised us and provided a baby highchair. It's clean and well equipped, the neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Aiora metro station is just 4min away so we used it a lot, but we've also walked to the beach, Turia park and to the city center.

Pros: Una casa muy bien equipada y bastante limpia y acogedora

Cons: Nada malo que decir pero solo que deben actualizar la TV ya que no se podía ver canales TV

Pros: Todo súper limpio, acogedor . Nos dejaron un detalle de chocolatinas y café. Fue de paso pero sin duda si volvemos a ir me quedare en este apartamento 100% recomendable!!

Para repetir

Pros: Estaba muy bien equipado y caminado a 15 minutos de la Ciudad de las Artes. De la playa de Malvarrosa a 3 kilómetros y pasaban los autobuses cerca del apartamento. También estamos a 25 minutos del centro de Valencia en el autobús 32 que pasa en la calle del frente. Y viajé con dos gatos que estuvieron super cómodos en el alojamiento.

Cons: La alfombra estaba un poco sucia, lo que es normal por el uso constante pero sin alfombra quedaría mejor.
