Beautiful experience!
Pros: Location close to restaurants, shops and transportation. Cleanliness In the facilty you find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is located in a safe area, very quiet even that we were there on New Year’s Eve. The apartment is big and easily accommodate 4 persons. The host is very helpful and he respect your privacy.

Marvellous stay in Valencia near both city center and beach!!!!!!
Pros: Oleg welcomed us and explained every detail about the apartman and also surroundings! He replied within a minute to every inquire os us! He is a very helpful and kind host!!!! Would love to have such hosts all around the world! It was my sons first trip to abroad: it was a great success! The apartman is well-equipped, brand new, very clean and comfortable! We stayed 4 nights----a week would had been better :) Thanks a lot again for everything!!!!! We truly appreciated it!!!!!!!!!!

Nice hosts and clean and decent apartment
Pros: Very clean and nicely decorated room and very helpful and responsive hosts. The location is quite nice. We had walked to the science museum and oceanographic easily. Kim was very responsive to our messages and questions.
Cons: if you go by car, there is free parking right on the same street but it might get very crowded in some hours of the day so sometimes it is hard to get a spot. But we managed quite well regardless. Just a warning ;)

Absolutely fantastic!
Pros: I liked support from the owner and flexible communication (he helped us to find a parking place for the car by the arrival in the evening), great place close to the centre by bikes (Valenbisi is in front of the apartment) and facility like at home.
Cons: The couch in the living room is not so much comfortable for more nights.

Pros: Everything was amazing, from the communication to the lovely welcoming in person. We had everything one could possibly need as facilities and everything was sparkling clean. Location is at walking distance from all important touristic attractions (beach, science, art, oceanografic complex, city center). Very spacious and comfortable. I would clearly choose the same if I ever come back to Valencia. Thanks a lot, Tym and family! ❤️

Pros: Ottima posizione per la maratona e per l'oceanografico e la spiaggia Servizi vicinissimi Casa super attrezzata e comoda Host gentilissimo Bagno attrezzatissimo e super gigante
Cons: Il fatto che sia fronte strada, rumore della panchina di fronte alla finestra e sporco di cani davanti alla porta di uscita (Tutte cose indipendenti dall'host) Essendo una stanza unica cucinando in casa l'odore rimane (obbligo di aprire le finestre)

Completo, seguro y buena ubicación
Pros: El departamento es hermoso, igual que en las fotos. Muy completo, limpio y cómodo para 4 personas. El sofá cama super cómodo, no molesta al paso al abrirlo y el colchón es muy confortable. Cuenta con aire acondicionado. El baño tiene ventana para ventilar, algo que me gusta mucho en los alojamientos. Proporcionan toallas, shampoo, secador de pelo. Lavadora con cápsulas para dos lavados y plancha. Cocina bien equipada, pava eléctrica, cafetera con cápsulas, tostadora, microondas y lavavajillas. Bien ubicado cerca del bus y metro. La habitación donde esta la cama es amplia y tiene placard. Da a la calle pero no es ruidoso. Tiene muchos detalles como paraguas, toallas para la playa, amenities. De todo para hacer mas confortable la estancia del huésped. Excelente atención por parte del anfitrión Oleh que siempre estuvo en contacto y atento a nuestras necesidades.
Cons: Nos gustó todo. Solo tener en cuenta que la mesa es alta con banquetas, a la gente mayor se le complica un poco sentarse.
