Lovely city stay in swanky apartment that has a few missing touches

Pros: Very clean, modern, seemed quite new or recently refurbished Beautiful decor Safe property and nice area surrounded by lots of shops, supermarkets, cafes and bakeries Good ( friendly and helpful host) In between the beach and the city with great travel links to both and the airport Park nearby Ground floor property Comfortable beds and lovely linen - we both extremely well and my friend is a troubled sleeper but slept well on the single bed. Everything on one floor- ground floor base so extremely accessible and wheelchair friendly but also convenient for those like myself travelling with heavy luggage The standard of the facilities was high- the dishwasher and washer dryer and the fantastic shower

Cons: A few missing touches: No iron in property on arrival (although one was sent over when we alerted the owner) No balcony/terrace or outside space and not possible to open wondows No airer (or space to dry clothes that are not suitable for the washer/dryer No full length mirror in apartment Lack of shelving in bathroom for toiletries No additional pegs/space to hang used towels behind bathroom door I stayed here for 3 nights and would have appreciated an extra bath towel instead of just the 1 TV difficult to use. All app- based. No TV channels or guest login- instead you have to sign using your own private username and password- this is something I felt uneasy about doing on a shared device. The rubbish/recycling bins facing the apartment. The stench hits you whenever you leave or enter The exterior of the building. Looks like a shop from the outside. Could look more welcoming and residential.

Lovely apartment.

Pros: Lovely apartment, quite close to the science and arts centre and good transport links to the centre. Apartment was very clean and tidy and well equipped for a weeks stay. Owner responded really quickly to any requests. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Pros: Clean, great places to eat nearby, close to supermarkets.

Cons: Occasional sewer smell from shower

Pros: Good communication with the host. Facilitated early check-in, which was a simple process. Great location . True to photos

Cons: Not responsibility of host but Public bins directly outside entrance where messy

Pros: The decor was lovely. It was very comfortable. There was a supermarket around the corner and close to the bus and metro stops. The host left dishwasher and laundry pods and a cloth with washing up liquid. The staff were very quick to respond to any queries.

Cons: There were no mirrors in the bedrooms, only one in the bathroom so if someone was using the shower you didn’t have access to a mirror. The glassware was limited (no wine glasses, or no cereal bowls).

Lovely apartment

Pros: Exceptionally clean. Everything that's needed for a short stay. Great decoration. Washing machine and dryer so useful when travelling with a toddler who is prone to mess! Would definitely stay here again. Great to get to the beach or the see the sites.

Cons: Only two towels (but 2 adults and 2 children).

Pros: Fabulous property. Great location & spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend.

Pros: This place is really a hidden gem - it is very cosy and nicely furnished, the kitchen is well equiped, the beds are very comfortable, the A/C works very well, and it is impeccably clean. The location is near the metro station Ayora (metro line 5), you can walk in 30 min to the Oceanographis or the same time to the beaches. There are supermarkets and grocery shops nearby. The communication with the host was very easy. I would stay here again.

Cons: It is on the ground floor, on the level of the sidewalk, but still it is secure, the doors are thick enough.

Beautiful place

Pros: Very clean,nicely decorated and you have everything what you need for your stay, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, air con. And private entrance.

Cons: Tv remote wasn't working, you have to press buttons very hard to use it

Pros: It was very clean, the location is great, there are stores that work late, close to the apartment. The apartment has everything you need for short stay, including a dishwasher and washer-dryer.It is important to know that l it's on the ground floor.
