Apartamento nuevo cerca de la playa y del centro

Pros: Perfect location, right in the middle between the city and the beach.

Nice apartment in the perfect location

Pros: The location is quite literally perfect, 10-15 min biking distance maximum from anything you would like to do in Valencia. Everything is close by and the fact that its on the ground floor is really convenient. The apartment itself has pretty much anything you would need.

Cons: Just really minor things. The apartment had a weird smell to it sometimes, but this would go away after a few minutes of opening some window or turning on the airconditioning. The toilet is also way to small for most men, usable but annoying.

Pros: Close to the sea , parking on the street, renovated apartment, balcony, feels like home.

Cons: All fine!

Hermoso departamento, con muy buena ubicación. El anfitrión de 10!

Pros: Hermoso departamento, como dice la publicación: está remodelado a nuevo. Excelente ubicación! Caminando un poco se llega al centro histórico, a la playa y a la ciudad de la ciencia.

Cons: No tengo puntos negativos.

Pros: L'espace ,la cuisine tres pratique, le grand salon, les chambres bien séparée.

Cons: Le confort du lit La porte d'une chambre qui ne se ferme pas . Cela doit etre dû au gonflement du bas de la porte a cause de l'eau

Planta baja perfecta con buena ubicación

Pros: Planta baja en un sitio muy céntrico, supermercado, bares y tiendas a la vuelta de la esquina. El piso mismo genial, fácil acceso, limpio, detalle de dos botellas de agua en la nevera. No se escucha la calle ni nada. Tambien una comunicación genial con la persona responsable del piso, muy amable y atento a las preguntas. Ha sido muy agradable quedarnos ahí. Lo recomiendo definitivamente.

Pros: Apartament całkiem fajny. Idealny dla grupy. Doskonały kontakt z właścicielem, który jest bardzo pomocny.

Pros: El salón/cocina era muy amplio y contaba con todo lo necesario. Pensaba que sería un edificio, pero era una planta baja y eso también es muy cómodo. Aparte encontrar aparcamiento para dos coches fue súper fácil. El anfitrión fue también súper atento.

Helles Appartement

Pros: Appartement ist hell und groß, die Küche gut ausgestattet, sehr weiche Handtücher im Bad, große Dusche. Es gab Spülmittel, Duschgel, Seife, ein paar Kaffeekapseln ...

Cons: Im Wohnzimmer gab es keine Heizung, man musste die AC der beiden Schlafzimmer und den Heizlüfter vom Bad nutzen. Die Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen. Ein paar Haken für Handtücher im Bad wären angenehm
