Pros: Wonderful place! All new and clean, the interior design was fantastic. Bathtub in bedroom was nice and convenient to use. Location was also good, you can rather go the beach by foot, or approximately the same distance to the other direction to historical center.

Cons: For me personally the only thing to improve: the pillow was too tough and not very comfortable for sleep. But it's a minor thing.

Beautiful studio near beach and city

Pros: Very clean, stylishly furnished, in a good location between city and beach. Comfortable beds. Lots of supermarkets near by.

Pros: Alojamento muito moderno e bem decorado. Com todas as comodidades. Fica no rés do chão com acesso direto á rua. Camas muito confortáveis.fica numa zona onde tem muitos supermercados e a estação do metro está a poucos minutos a pé.

Cons: Tivemos um problema que chegamos a meio da noite e não tínhamos código para entrar. Tentamos contactar o proprietário sem sucesso. Depois de ver que faltava fazer o check in online de um hóspede foi só acabar o processo e recebi o código. Pouca iluminação natural.

Pros: Boravak u ovom apartmanu u Valenciji bio je zaista ugodan. Lokacija je izvrsna – sve što nam je bilo važno nalazilo se u blizini, a javni prijevoz je odlično povezan, što je znatno olakšalo kretanje po gradu. Apartman je vrlo dobro opremljen, ima sve što je potrebno za ugodan boravak, bilo da dolazite na kraće ili duže vrijeme. Prostor je bio čist, uredan, lijepo uređen i moderan, s ugodnom atmosferom u kojoj se lako osjećate kao kod kuće. Sve u svemu, apartman nudi odličan omjer lokacije, udobnosti i funkcionalnosti te ga svakako preporučujem svima koji planiraju boravak u Valenciji.

Pros: La sala de estar y el sofá muy comodo; buena ubicación; el café; la limpieza y el acceso fácil al alojamiento

Cons: Falta de luz y ventilación natural.

Pros: Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr schönes Bad! Genau wie auf den Bildern Pflegeprodukte sind ausreichend vorhanden und es gab sogar ein Willkommensgeschenk! Die Lage ist super, es ist alles in der Nähe (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bus, Metro...) Kommunikation mit Gastgeber ist schnell und unkompliziert. Wir durften sogar früher einchecken, da die Wohnung schon fertig war

Cons: In der Wohnung gibt es eine Lüftung, die sich nicht ausschalten lässt, jedoch sehr laut ist, genauso wie ein grünes Licht an der Decke (schätze mal wegen Notausgang). Das empfanden wir vor allem nachts als sehr störend, da wir auch das Sofa zum Schlafen genutzt haben und das Licht direkt darüber ist. Leider war kein Baby Hochstuhl vorhanden - für Familien wäre das eine tolle Investition ;-) hätte uns einiges erleichtert. Noch ein zusätzlicher Küchenschrank, damit man Essen u.Ä. lagern könnte wäre super. So fehlte es leider etwas an Stauraum.

Pros: Alles war wie auf den Bildern, stylisch und sauber. Bus und Läden (super neue und grosse Mercadona) in Gehdistanz!

Cons: Das vor unserer Haustür die Abfallentsorgung war, aber es roch nicht, von daher ok!
