This stay made our new year celebrations extra special in valencia I would recommend.

Pros: The apartment was easy to access and I liked how they used codes to access the appartment which made it easy with multiple friends. (Physical keys can be a nightmare when going out) The apartment was clean and modern. Towels provided and excellent speed wifi. Location was good for us not too far from the beach or centre. It was very comfortable and made our new year celebrations extra special. I would recommend. Also air con was great. We had a minor issue with accessing the WiFi but staff answered the phone quickly and helped us swiftly.

Cons: A couple of improvements which would have pushed our rating to a 9. This apartment needs an oven. There is only a microwave which made it difficult for us to cook and it wouldn’t hurt to have a washing machine.

Pros: Very clean and modern . Good location. Nice spacious bedroom.

Cons: Absence of natural light.

Pros: Clean, calm environment, close to the city of the arts (15’ walk)

Pros: Nice place to stay within walking distance of metro.

Pros: Es grande y espacioso. Esta renovado y los muebles son nuevos. Hay 2 supermercados cerca. Hay TV que sí funciona. En general esta muy bien equipado a excepción de la lavadora y un hervidor de agua.

Cons: No habían cortinas y la gente podía ver desde la calle dentro del apartamento. Nos quedamos 3 semanas y cuando pedimos cambiar las toallas y las sabanas nos querían cobrar extra aproximadamente 20-30 euros.

Ottimo alloggio per visitare Valencia

Pros: Comodo, pulito, bello, in buona posizione tra centro, mare e città della scienza. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa.

Cons: Non è un diferro ma per renderlo ancora più comodo suggerisco piccoli dettagli: appendini alle pareti in ingresso e soprattutto in bagno, mensole/mobiletti di appoggio in bagno, bottiglia acqua in frigo.

Pros: Sehr sauber in ruhiger Straße, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe

Verzorgd appartement, gelegen tussen centrum en strand

Pros: De verblijfsruimte is ruim, hygiënisch en je hebt geen last in de slaapkamer van omgevingslawaai. Verder lag het verblijf dicht bij metro en fietsverhuur (Do you bike). Met de fiets waren alle belangrijke highlights binnen de 10-15min bereikbaar. Het verblijf is overigens huisdiervriendelijk. Onze kleine Maltipoo was hier zeer gelukkig om en had zelfs zijn eigen omheind terras waar hij graag naar de voorbijgangers keek.

Cons: Tip om het verblijf nog naar een hoger level te tillen: Voorzie een klein handdoekje voor de handen in de badkamer. Eventueel ook extra opslag in de badkamer, shampoo en conditioner in de douche voorzien kan voor sommigen als leuke extra beschouwd worden. Verder stond er wel foutieve informatie bij de omschrijving van het verblijf. Er stond op dat bagageopslag mogelijk was. Dit was voor ons een belangrijk punt. Na het boeken bleek dit echter niet waar te zijn. Dit zorgde bij ons voor enorme frustratie. Het bureau probeerde het ook eerst gewoon weg te wuiven maar uiteindelijk hebben ze ons wel kunnen helpen. Ga dus zeker bij dit bureau nog even extra na als een punt heel belangrijk is alvorens je boekt. Ik heb hen alvast ook gevraagd hun foute informatie van de sites te halen.
