Great location between beach and Old Town, all attractions easily accessible

Pros: Excellent location Spacious apartment, very clean and tidy 3 bedrooms, great for family of 4 with 2 teenagers

Cons: No issues

Brilliant apartment

Pros: I really loved the clean and open apartment. It was in a great location and if you Google Earth it don't be put off by appearances. It was really handy for the excellent metro and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The apartment had everything you needed. It was a cool and comfortable place to return to after sightseeing. There were some lovely coffee shops and an excellent restaurant right next door to the park.

Cons: Nothing. The bin men came early in the morning but you can't do anything about that.

Good place to stay for a week or two

Pros: The apartment is located next to a metro station, between Valencia beach and the city center. Finding it and getting the keys was easy. It has enough space for medium-term living. The kitchen is well equipped for occasional cooking. The beds are not the widest, but very comfortable.

Cons: The shower was very tiny. It's almost impossible to fit your entire body in there unless you're slim and short. The trash under the windows was a constant source of noise, especially at midnight when the collection truck arrived.

Pros: Well-equipped kitchen with all your basics for some cooking. Everything in the apartment was in good condition. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons: Very thin walls: you can hear neighbors talk, also the street noise is well audible. With earplugs however I did get decent sleep.

Apartamento grande y cómodo

Pros: El apartamento es grande, limpio y muy cómodo. El trato con el anfitrión fue muy bueno, y estuvieron atentos en todo momento. La relación calidad precio es muy buena.

Cons: Lo malo es la fianza que hay que pagar pero no tuvimos ningún problema.

Pros: Presne na pol ceste do centra a na pláž 😉. Pohotový ubytovateľ, skvelá komunikácia.

Appartement pour 1 ou 2 nuits mais pas plus.

Pros: Fonctionnel, bonne literie et à proximité de l'aquarium.

Cons: Stationnement très difficile, réception TV aléatoire donc non satisfaisante. Aucune information touristique, aucun produit nécessaire au fonctionnement (lave-vaisselle, ingrédients de base pour la cuisine, pas d'étendoir, pas d'épingle à linge, etc ...).

Pros: L'appartamento spazioso, ben arredato e pulito. Letti comodi e dotato di aria condizionata.

Cons: Bagno piccolo.

Agradable

Pros: Muy amplio y cómodo La persona que nos gestionó la reserva muy amable y atenta

Cons: La ubicación, definitivamente no es la mejor, a pesar de que no era para nada insegura, no era muy bonito por allí e igual no era muy cercana a sitios turísticos, siempre tuvimos que ir en coche a cualquier sitio

Pros: The location is very convenient to travel to the old town and to the beach. Big kitchen with everything you need for cooking. High speed internet, large living room, spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Elena from the property management company deserves 10+.

Cons: The windows have poor noise isolation, the noise coming from the street is very annoying, especially early in the mornings when you want to have some sleep. The shower box is so tiny that you can't turn around while taking a shower.
