Pros: The place is very nice and clean. All the necessary stuff for the kitchen and bathroom ware available,towels and cleaning products. The AC works great and the TV has Netflix.

Cons: The location is at the back of a large block of flats, it's a bit dirty,People don't clean after they dogs,we had someone throwing eggs at the door when we were asleep and they pinched our beach towel.

Modern, spacious, clean, well-located apartments.

Pros: Nicely furnished and well maintained. Responsive hosts. Metro and supermarket are nearby. Good value for money.

Cons: The apartments face a courtyard / sports field. The immediate neighbourhood is not very uplifting, but on the other hand there is not much traffic noise at night. For some odd reason we were offered fleece (polyester) bed linen. Upon request they were promptly changed for good-quality satin bedding.

Perfect place for short, midterm and even long stay

Pros: Perfect. I liked everything. A lot of useful appliances in the apartment,, comfortable beds, everything is quite new there and working well. Location is very good close enough to the center and with metro to airport nearby. Bus stop is very close as well. Owner was very helpful and responded to all my queries fast.

Pros: First of all, I'd like to express my appreciation to our host, Javi, for his warm welcome and attentive support. He was very flexible in accommodating our needs during our stay in his apartment. The accommodation is located in a calm residential area, just a five-minute walk from the subway station. It is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Stylish, peaceful, and cosy, it is an excellent place for a vacation in Valencia. Highly recommended!!!

Było perfekcyjnie.

Pros: Super warunki, kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona: płyta grzewcza, piekarnik, zmywarka, kuchenka mikrofalowa, naczynia i garnki. Dodatkowo pralka i dwa telewizory. Mieszkanie bardzo schludne i czyste, urządzone ze smakiem. Wejście bezpośrednio z uliczki, ale prywatność gwarantują rolety. Wygodny stół i krzesła do spożycia posiłku, duże łóżko i rozkładana sofa do spania. Jest suszarka, na której można rozwiesić pranie, są ręczniki i środki czystości. Okolica bardzo spokojna, nie było żadnych hałasów czy ekscesów na zewnątrz. Bardzo blisko do świetnie zaopatrzonego marketu Consum, parę minut do stacji metro Ayora, skąd bezpośredni dojazd do lotniska. W pobliżu także przystanki autobusowe. Na plażę czy do Miasta Nauki i Sztuki jest pół godziny spacerem. Niedaleko także do świetnej wypożyczalni rowerów \

Cons: Chyba brakowało nam tylko czajnika.

Pros: Апартаментът е с модерна визия и удобства за семейство. В близост има метро, с което бързо и лесно се стига до центъра на града. Ние бяхме с автомобил и винаги имаше място за паркиране. Беше ни приятно и ще се върнем пак.
