Apartamento Turístico en Valencia

Pros: The apartment is conveniently located near the Ayora metro station and the charming Ayora Park (with its parrots). It's a corner apartment on the ground floor. This doesn't compromise privacy, as the windows have mosquito nets, blocking out any outside views. We kept the blinds closed at night. I think we made the right choice. It's definitely better than other similarly priced apartments in the area. (At this price, I also saw apartments listed on a narrow, dark street, next to a dumpster, with the main light coming from frosted glass in the door or poor ventilation.) The host is a very nice person and cares about the standard of service. He owns a car repair shop located across the street. Everything in the apartment worked and was clean.

Cons: The apartment is on the ground floor, so we kept the blinds closed all the time, and there was no natural daylight inside. I wouldn’t call it a disadvantage — more of a clarification.

Pros: Very nice apartment and clean! The location it's perfect, was good for us to travel to the beach, and walk every day around the place! Kids love it and they feel like our second house!

Pros: The apartment is roomy and very well equipped, the furniture and appliances were brand new, the air conditioning and fans saved us from the torrid days. It has all you need for a comfortable stay. The location was very good, within a walking distance from the City of Arts and Sciences and Oceanographic, 20 minutes away. Pretty close to the beach as well, takes about 30 minutes to get there by foot. Bus station is also nearby. Many supermarkets around.

Pros: The owner is a really nice and kind person! The location of the apartment is amazing. Close to the centre and there is everything you need in the neighbourhood. The apartment was very clean and new. And coffee was delicious 😋

Pros: Struttura nuova dotata di tutti i confort. Lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie...Situata vicinissimo alla metro per raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti. Host gentilissimo e disponibile. Consigliato sicuramente.

Pros: Очень гостеприимный хозяин, у нас был поздний заезд, мы были на связи, он был в апартаментах, когда мы приехали из аэропорта и предлагал оставить вещи, после выселения. Спасибо ему большое! Эти апартаменты полностью оборудованы всем необходимым. Там очень хороший ремонт. Отличное местоположение, близко метро, магазины.
