Pros: Very good location.Good and easy access from airport.Lots cafes around.They served very nice and tasty breakfast.We have complementary breakfast over two nights we stayed.Coffee,toast,jam and butter.No much but very nice

Pros: I believe this is the best accommodation option in Valencia. We only used public transportation once during our stay, because you can reach everything easily and quickly on foot — and it’s honestly the most pleasant way to discover and enjoy Valencia. Being in such a central location and so close to the train station was a huge advantage. We had no issues leaving for the station at 5 a.m., even when the streets were completely empty. The staff sends all the check-in and check-out details one day before arrival, and the entire process is fully digital, which makes everything very smooth and stress-free. Another lovely detail that truly reflects Spanish hospitality is that they offered us complimentary breakfast options, even though breakfast was not included in the price. Highly recommended!

Pros: An incredible place! Our stay here was a real pleasure and exceeded our expectations. From the very first moment we felt warmly welcomed. Everything was impeccably clean, cozy and done with great taste and care. The atmosphere is calm and invigorating, and the hosts are extremely kind, attentive and warm. We left with smiles and wonderful memories. We would gladly come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and true hospitality!

Pros: Perfect location. .Free coffee and toast delivered to our room every morning by very pleasant staff. Heating was very efficient. Cleaner was very good. .

Pros: My favourite hotel in Valencia! The location is absolutely perfect, the staff are exceptionally kind, and the complimentary breakfast every morning is a wonderful bonus. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Whenever I return to the city, Flats Friends Plaza de la Reina is always my first choice.

Brilliant from Start to Finish!

Pros: Location, room, staff and ease to room were all briliant! There were storage closets for luggage to use before and after check-out, a WhatsApp number to stay in contact (extremely quick to respond), and having coffee and cake/toast delivered to the room in the morning were small touches that made the stay exceptional. I would not hesitate to book again should I return to Valencia and I will definitely recommend this to my friends.

Cons: Light bulbs were too bright for me and made the room feel like it was the middle of the day. Softer, warmer lights would improve the ambiance in my opinion. We didn’t use the main lights often and covered one of the side table lights to reduce the intensity. But honestly, this isn’t a problem at all, just my personal preference and didn’t diminish my stay in any way.

Fantastic location, clean room and friendly

Pros: Location is absolutely perfect, right on the main square. Property is over the top of a bakery/cafe so perfect for snacks!bed was nice and big and it was lovely to have the tiny balcony. Room was scrupulous clean. Staff in reception were very friendly. Not staffed all the time but they responded to whatsapp. I whatsapped for more Pillows and they arrived same day, which was nice. Busy area and lots of hubbub outside but with the windows shut and the air-conditioning on that wasn't a problem

Cons: The room was small but for the price this was fine

Pros: The location is simply excellent! We really appreciated that they allowed us to check in two hours earlier through a key left in a locker – such a smooth and hassle-free process. And if the room is not available, they will let you leave your bags here. On top of that, we were pleasantly surprised with a free breakfast – simple, but really delicious. The staff were very friendly, both in communication via Booking and in person (José, who brought us breakfast, was especially kind and welcoming). Highly recommended!
