Nice and convenient hotel in the heart of Ciutat Vella of Valencia

Pros: The location is perfect. The hotel is in the heart of Ciutat Vella of Valencia, a stone's throw from the Valencia Cathedral and all other places of interest like Central and Colon Mercado, church St Nikola of Bari and Lonja de la Seda. Close to metro station Colon and Xativa. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Cons: There was no reception in the property and no possibility to leave your bags in the hotel before check-in or after check-out. The hosts sent addresses of storage boxes not far from the hotel. The self check-in process could be easier.

Perfect base to explore a beautiful city

Pros: Perfect location. So so close to everything. Very big and comfy bed! Safe and secure for a solo female traveller

Cons: Breakfast could have had a little more variety. Room could have had a mini fridge to keep drinks cool. I imagine in the hottest months it will feel essential

Lovely central location

Pros: The location was excellent and very central. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was also fairly quiet.

Cons: The check in process I found quite stressful particularly as I arrived late and alone. It was good that I was sent a message with code to get into the building. The check in process though was automated and I couldn't make it work. It didn't help that the manned reception was in a different building. However I did telephone and able to give my details over the telephone.

Pros: Great location and compact room, we were there just for a Human League concert, and it was perfect for that.

Cons: Check in was a bit hard, but a phone call to the staff was very helpful, and we eventually checked in

Pros: I asked for a bit earlier check-in, due to extraordinary problems. The staff was very flexible, thanks a lot! There is a nice comon terrace, where you can get some fresh air!

Lovely stay

Pros: Very comfortable bed, the rooms were spotless, excellent continental breakfast, close to the main attractions. Easy to walk and shot-distance to the metro and buses. Thank you 🤩

Great for a weekend stay in the heart of Valencia

Pros: Attractive, modern room and bathroom. The property location is excellent, in the centre of the old town and close to cafés, bars and restaurants. Very little street noise and not much noise from other guests.

Cons: Whilst the bed was comfortable, both pillows provided were pretty hard and brick-like. It would be nice to have one hard and one soft pillow! The auto-check in machine in the building lobby was a fiddle and it couldn't find my booking. After about 15 minutes trying, we had to call reception (which is in another building 5 mins away) and they were able to sort out the problem remotely.

Pros: Great location, Everything including the cathedral, the central market and all the fancy restaurants and cafés were on 5 minutes by walking. The beds were super comfortable!!!

Cons: We were expecting a double bed, but instead got 2 separate beds. The bathroom has no door.
