Pros: Great location, clean room, easy check-in/checkout, comfortable bed

Cons: The bathroom was in a separate locked room; it was rather inconvenient to always unlock it to use and then lock it again

Roomy apartment in the center

Pros: The apartment is roomy with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (good for 2 families) and has great location in the center of old town - walking distance to main attractions, shops and restaurants. Great communication with the host and welcome drinks in the fridge.

Cons: When we arrived the central heating was off, so it was a bit cold (January). Also we could not get some air conditioners to heat some rooms. Due to the central position there is a bit of noise from the street until the shops/restaurants close.

A lovely 4 bedroom apartment to stay in central old town.

Pros: The property is located centrally in the old town within walking distance of the sights and eateries. A nice kitchen and two shower rooms.

Cons: The lift is very small and you need to be careful using it as it opens onto the stairs.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The location is unbelievably good as you're right in amongst everything with so many things just in walking distance. The balcony was nice just outside the bedroom but the star of the show was the terrace! It was spacious and a fantastic place to be!

all in all was it a good stay

Pros: the location was perfect and the room was pretty big and comfortable. a cleaning service was available.

Cons: the communication with the host was not so good. she did not give us any information about the check in oder check out and we stood there for about 1h without any information.

Staying central in a clean place is the way to go

Amazing. One of the best accommodations.

Pros: I loved the location - very central. Almost everything is within walking distance. Then the house itself was amazing too. This was the first time I stayed in a guest house with a shared bathroom but I didn’t mind it as there were 2 bathrooms so we managed great. It’s easily accessible when you get off metro. The balcony overlooking one of the main streets is just beautiful.

Cons: I didn’t like the fact that we only had one big towel per person throughout our stay. This should’ve been changed regularly and there should’ve also been a hand towel provided, too. The elevator is tiny so if you’re carrying some bigger luggage and especially if you wanna enter the elevator with someone else, then you won’t fit.

Pros: The location. It is in the center of Valencia and everything is close to it. Very clean also.

Cons: That it is a shared apartment. It is actually a flat in a building with rooms that are rented.

Superb accomodation

Pros: Great location,very close to all important things. Very clean room and bathroom, also very comfy bed.

Cons: The street noise is quite loud in room 402. For me it wasn't a problem, and it didn't disturb me but if you're a light sleeper, be aware of that.

A lovely place to stay during my visit to this gorgeous city. Wish I didn’t have to leave so soon.

Pros: Well located. The host left clear instructions on how to access the building/room. Very clean and comfortable. Use of a kitchen although I didn’t use it.

Cons: I suppose it was noisy at night when chairs and tables from the cafes below were being cleared away but that was to be expected.
