I would stay there again
Pros: Room was clean and comfortable - the bathroom was pristine and the location was excellent - lots of shops bars and cafes in the area. Short distance from the train station and bus stops
Cons: the lift was small but better than the stairs.

Best in town
Pros: The position, and the silence despite in the city center, the self-service approach, the coffee machine and the water dispenser available for free. Bed was comfortable and the furniture cozy.
Cons: The keypad to open the room door was not working well, and to be able to open the door, several attempts were needed all the time. That's was very annoying.

Lovely weekend
Pros: The room was very clean and you always had the choice of cleaning or not by which way you hung the sign on the door. The location is superb as it is only a 5 minute walk from the property to either the train station or the town halls plaza. A further 10 minute walk gets you to the cathedral and central market area. There is also a small kitchen area upstairs that has a coffee machine and a water dispenser.

Amazing location for a neat and tidy stay
Pros: The room was really modern, clean and great air con, clean bathroom. Location was amazing, we could walk to everything and loved being so central. This is a digital motel, so there is no reception service, and they communicated around this super well and the process was really easy.
Cons: The room is extremely small. We could only just move around each other around our bags.

A nice stay
Pros: Room was good, location is close to everything in the city. It’s clean.
Cons: The self check-in is bit difficult for me with limited WiFi on the train to Valencia. Luggage needs to be stored in a different place with payment.

Amazing place to stay in Valencia
Pros: Amazing stay, very clean and in perfect location. Very easy to enter the property and 24/7 support from staff in necessary.
Cons: The mini fridge wasn’t working properly - it wasn’t too much of a dealbreaker for me though as everything else was perfect.

Reasonable price, great location and comfy room
Pros: Room was comfy, clean and right off the main square and 2 mins walk from Xativa metro station. There were good tea and coffee facilities on 4th and 5th floor
Cons: The lift wasnt great and there were no drawers in the room so storage of clothes was a little difficult

Would stay again!
Pros: Very local location, clean facilities, shower and toilet all work great, you have a little fridge too with two bottles of water inside, hairdryer available, free, speedy WiFi, smart tv, 24/7 access. Can be a bit loud if there are any events happening but businesses downstairs are quite respectful of the residents so you are able to sleep at night without any disturbances. There were some works happening which impacted water and electricity, luckily it didn’t affect us much, just occasional glitches with electricity which resumed within a second. They have an elevator too if you need it but be careful not to get stuck in it.
Cons: We liked everything however It can feel a bit cold in the apartments in winter so you may need to pack some extra layers, they do have an air con in the room but we didnt use it, however the duvets are really warm. Outside can be a bit loud because of how local it is.
