It was a great value for money!

Pros: Clean and very central. Good communication with the owner.

Cons: Maybe a bit noisy as it’s just above cafes and bars but it is really central!

Pros: It was really clean, with an incredible smell from the entrance to the bathrooms. It was great!

Great location and great place to stay. Definitely value for money.

Pros: Even though it had a shared bathroom, it was always in an excellent condition!

Cons: The hairdryer on floor 6 apartment 11 was really old and it was turning off automatically after less than half a minute of use. Also, the heater on our room wasn’t satisfactory.

New year's eve

Pros: Very central. Cafes, bars, shops right on your doorstep Very convenient for estacion nord, xativa metro, buses etc. Staff so friendly, helpful and always smiling. Very clear communication with Oscar prior to check in. He answered all my questions promptly. Beds were comfortable with a nice firm mattress and extra blankets if needed. Everywhere was lovely and clean! We stayed for new year's eve and it was perfect.

Good choice

Pros: Super excellent location, walk to various attractions, the room is very clean, the Shared bathroom is always clean.

Cons: It would be perfect without noise, but living in the city center is inevitable.

Pros: Great location in the centre of Ruzafa. Comfortable room and decent facilities. Very helpful staff.

Cons: No access to any kind of kitchen facilities. Quite noisy from the street, but not terrible.

Pros: I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and my experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The location is truly ideal. It was perfect for getting around and exploring the area, with everything conveniently close by. Furthermore, I was very impressed with the cleanliness. Everything was spotless—from the lobby to my room and the common areas. The housekeeping staff clearly does an excellent job. Overall, I had a very successful and enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Cons: The only minor note is that it was a little noisy at times, but this is understandable and expected given the hotel's prime location right on the main street.

Excellent

Pros: Amazing central location on a busy street, a lot within walking distance - 10 min walk from centre, 30 mins maximum (most are closer) walk from most tourist attractions/spots, 20 minute cycle to the beach. Friendly staff members and also free wifi included!

Cons: Nothing, I had a fantastic stay!

Exactly as described

Pros: It was exactly what was described. Perfect for a quick stay in the centre of Valencia if traveling with friends and need a cheap and very comfortable and quick stay to get around the town shared bathrooms no issues. No noise. Lift to get up the levels.

Amazing experience

Pros: The location is perfect. It is in the city centre, with plenty of restaurants and bars and a cafe just steps away. The host was very professional and accomodating. Highly recommended

Cons: At night there is noise until late as there are plenty of bars that close late
