A good solution for spending a few days in the heart of Valencia.

Pros: The property is in an excellent location in the heart of Valencia. The area is full of restaurants, cafés and shops; you couldn't ask for more. The room offers everything you need for your stay.

Excellent value for money in an ideal location that is close to all the main tourist attractions.

Pros: An excellent location right in the heart of the tourist part of Valencia. Managed to book this gem at very short notice and received instructions to access the property immediately. A rather excellent restaurant opposite the front door.

Cons: The shower head didn't seem to fit properly on the fitting attached to the wall so you had to continually hold the shower in one hand.

Pros: I honestly don’t understand why this hotel has such bad reviews. Sure, it’s not a luxury resort, but everything was clean when we arrived. The bathroom had a hairdryer and four towels, and the kitchen was equipped with a microwave, fridge, freezer, and basic utensils (glasses, two knives, two forks, and two spoons). There was even a kettle and a capsule coffee machine. Our room had a balcony with a small metal table, plus a place to hang laundry outside. Most importantly - there was air conditioning, and no cucharachas! Yes, the stairs are quite steep, but that’s the charm of old buildings in Valencia 😁 After all, you’re staying right in the heart of the city. And the location was fantastic - step out of the hotel and you’re right in front of a restaurant with pretty good paella ;) I’d say it’s definitely worth recommending!

Pros: Location was great, so easy to walk to central attractions but reasonably quiet for being so close to everything.

Cons: I saw two cockroaches in the room, one alive and one dead so cleanliness concerned me.

Pros: Location is really close to all attractions of the city . Mercat central 30 secs away is a must ! Really happy of my choice after my holiday . High recommend ☺️

Lovely central location.

Pros: Great location. Clean. Great advice about the nearby parking building.

Cons: Hard beds! Single beds! No tea towels or face cloths.. but we are NZers and are used to that - maybe it’s not an Italian or Spanish thing? Room was described as wheelchair friendly but there’s no way a wheelchair person could get access over the entry step or up the narrow stairs!
