Location,location,location...

Pros: The location is absolutely perfect. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable,wash facilities are excellent. WiFi is very good quality with no issues.

Cons: There is nothing I didn't like. The location alone is enough for me to be satisfied,but everything else was great. No dislikes at all.

Pros: Great location, reasonable price. Quiet comfortable room. Nice staff

Cons: Almost impossible to find at night first time. No signs. Completely dark. Probably due to local restrictions

Pros: The location is 10 out of 10. Checking in is quick and easy,the staff are very helpful and supportive but it does state renovation starting in some rooms and hopefully that's the case as the tiles in our bathroom where coming off the floor when in the shower they did how ever react very quickly to repair as some people don't tell the hotel there is a problem so the can then address it. Plenty bars and restaurants around but still nice and quiet to sleep.. pictures on booking .com are not as the rooms are now. Need some renovations.

Cons: Just need to check the standard of ro oms more often to fix the repair before guests arrive.

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Valencia

Pros: The location was perfect — right in the center, so you can easily walk everywhere without needing public transport. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were super nice and available 24/7. You can also leave your luggage in the lobby, which is very convenient. Overall, a great stay!
