Pros: The apartment is perfect for 4 people, even 5. Clean, organized, with amenities that made our stay comfortable. Nicely located, we could walk to the beach.

Pros: Everything was great and as agreed. The subway station is a few meters from the apartment, so if you are coming by car, park and enjoy!

Pros: My strong recommendation of Casa de Maria apartment. Clean, cozy, comfortable apartment. We didn't use car as it's pretty close to the beach by foot and it's close to aquarium as well. Near apartment there is a park for sport and kid's entertainment. I'm planning to return back to it again.

Pros: Good sized apartment close to metro stop and within 30 minute walk of the beach. Very clean and plenty of amenities in apartment; good wifi, lift up to floor, washing machine, balcony, tv with Diseny+. Host very friendly and informative, apartment close to supermarket.

Cons: nothing.

Pros: Overall the apartment is quite nice. The best part was close location to the main attractions: Turia park and Oceanografic just a few tram stops away. Also price was very competitive. The size is also very nice and suitable for a family of 4-5 people. Supermarket is around the corner. Everything was super clean. That being said the area itself is not very fancy and tableware could be a bit more diverse.

Valencia en familia

Pros: La casa está completamente equipada, y a 20 minutos de la playa y de la Ciudad de las Artes. Tiene un supermercado a 2 minutos andando y el transporte público también muy cerca. Estaba muy limpio y la comunicación para llegar, abrir, etc … muy rápida y fácil

Cons: El olor en la zona de la entrada al edificio y la zona en general está muy descuidada, un barrio antiguo y poco cuidado, puede dar sensación de inseguridad.

Pros: Byt bol čistý, priestranný, boli sme traja a každý sme mali svoju spálňu. Hneď vedľa je supermarket, čerpacia stanica aj zastávka verejnej dopravy.

Cons: Wifi skoro vôbec nefungovala a ak chvíľu áno, veľmi pomalá.

Pleasant stay, great hosts

Pros: The hosts are super nice, we arrived very late at night but they helped us at every step even late night. They also came immediately to help with some appliances we could not figure out. The location is but away but easily accessible by public transport and reasonable pricing
