Perfect place for couplesor lonely travelers to stay
Pros: The place is cozy and clean. You have everything you need for a stay. Close to the park and supermarket. Bus and train stop are very close

Recommend
Pros: Felt like I was at home, had everything I needed, nice and new too. High quality fittings, furnishings and finish. Not noisy despite being on a main road, little park right outside if you have kids and a very handy supermarket and metro nearby (3 mins walk).
Cons: It was a little bit out of the way trying to get around with a 4 year old... Not alot of connections with public transport to centre or airport (+30e for a taxi). Otherwise I think the location is good in between the port and the centre. If there are 2 of you it can feel a little squashed- it's much smaller than it looks on the pics.

Very good experience
Pros: Nice apartment, with everything you need. Located close to the train and bus station (5-7 min by foot). Nearby there are kids playgrounds. A few minutes walk you cand find fruits markets and a supermarket. Oceanografic and Museum of Science and Arts are at 1 train station distance or 10 minutes by foot. In the same area there are 2 malls, where you can shop and eat. The port and the beach is at 30-40 min walking distance or a few bus stations distance.
Cons: It is a residential area with just 2-3 restaurants. At most of the restaurants you need a reservation.

Pros: Die Lage, die Ausstattung, sieht wie auf die Bilder aus. meine Kinder haben 8 Punkte gegeben wegen der Größe. Auf die Fotos sieht großer aus, aber es ist vollkommen ausreichend.Sonst ist toll! Mariangeles war sehr hilfsbereit und gab mir alle möglichwäe infos bzg. Supermark, Restaurants und Transport.
Cons: Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, aber man hat keinen Platz für die Wäsche. Es sei dem in der Wohnung und man musste die Fenster offen lassen damit die Wäsche trocknet (Was ich nicht machen wollte)

Pros: Io e altri 3 miei amici abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento per 7 notti. È stata un'esperienza fantastica! Il personale super disponibile e gentile, la struttura accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli. La posizione é ottima avendo le linee 4, 95 e 93 del bus a cinque minuti a piedi, nonché la linea 10 del tram che porta fino alla stazione nord!! L'appartamento si trova poi vicino al supermercato Consum, il quale offre prodotti ottimi a basso prezzo. Per quanto riguarda l'appartamento in sé disponeva di tutti i servizi, dalla lavatrice e il ferro da stiro al microonde. L'arredamento era nuovo, ben curato e delizioso!! Abbiamo adorato alloggiare qui! ¡Muchas gracias Merche! <3

Pros: Appartamentino molto accogliente, pulito e ben organizzato. La posizione è ottima, molto vicino all'oceanografico e museo della scienza raggiungibili tranquillamente a piedi. Posto auto sempre trovato nei pressi della struttura. Proprietaria sempre disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste e a consigliare luoghi meno famosi ma altrettanto belli da visitare.

Excelente opción para vacacionar
Pros: Hermosa la decoración y excelente en cuestión de confort, con todo lo que uno necesita para un estadía placentera. Además en cuestión de ubicación tiene un consum a 5 minutos a pie y el tranvía en la calle paralela por lo que puedes moverte por todo Valencia tranquilamente
Cons: Sería bueno aclarar que no poseen parking propio pero eso no es un problema ya que frente de los apartamentos hay zona de aparcamiento público y nosotros siempre conseguimos dejarlo allí

Muy bonito apartamento
Pros: Sinceramente todo parecía nuevo, muy bonito lugar, muy tranquilo y super cerca del Oceanografic, realmente nos gustó mucho. Me pareció más bonito que las fotos. Además muy amables siempre, muy dispuestos a ayudar, sobretodo que yo no conocía y me ayudaron a conseguir un contacto de taxis. pienso que volvería a ir si tuviéramos oportunidad.

Alojamiento muy limpio y en zona tranquila
Pros: Tal cual se ve en las fotos, facilidad total para aparcar en la puerta o a escasos metros
Cons: Por la noche, en según que momentos,el cuadro de interruptores de la luz hacía un tic toc tipo reloj, y la nevera a ratos zumbaba. Nada terrible (p ej los niños, q tienen, sueño más profundo, ni se enteran). Si se pudiera retocar esto, de diez.
