Romantic Apartment N3 Oceanografico Virkin Suites

If’s definitely costs its money! Great apartment and the host!

Pros: I loved staying in this apartment! The host is great, so kind, so helping and caring! And the apartment itself is even more beautiful than on pictures! It was clean, had everything necessary for living. Good air conditioning. In working days streets are very calm, a little bit noisier on weekends, but mostly from cars near the road, but there are not too many of them. I rarely feel safe in such kind of apartment, when it’s the first floor, but here I felt really safe! So I do recommend !

Pros: Loved the apartment, very clean, very beautiful design, well equipped, hosts very prompt, kind and helpful with all our requests. Close to a public transport station, 1 -2 stations away from tourist attractions like Oceanografic, Museum.

Cons: The area is a rezidential one, quite beautiful, but not many supermarkets or restaurants to choose from near by. Other than that, we loved it:)

Pros: Everything what you needs is there. The good value!

It was a perfect stay what could not be better.

Pros: When we got inside of the room/apartment, it was so clean and perfect, everything was being thought off. The owner was nice and friendly, it was comfortable and not expensive at all if you see what you get and what location is. Checking in or out is also easy and goes without effort. There is airco, laundry machine, nice and modern bathroom, even laundry detergent was present. Could not ask for more and would definitely recommend it.

Cons: Leaving the apartment and going home ;)

Pros: Neues, modern eingerichtetes und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit öffentlichem Parkplatz vor der Tür sowie gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe des Oceanografic. Super schnelles WLAN, gute Betten, Kaffeemaschine. Die Vermieterin informierte uns umfassend und war sehr fürsorglich und nett.

Cons: Die Wohnung lässt den Strassenlärm etwas durch, es gab aber keine Probleme in der Nacht. Wir konnten wunderbar schlafen.

Pros: La decoración y la ubicación del apartamento, perfecto si quieres visitar la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias. Y por supuesto la atención de Merche, que es un verdadero encanto.

Cons: La limpieza de tazas y algún plato no estaba del todo bien.

Pros: La ubicación, se puede aparcar en la puerta y está muy cerca del oceanográfic.

Cons: Echamos de menos una tostadora para el pan.

Pros: La ubicación es excelente. La cama es muy cómoda. Estaba todo limpio y decorado con muy buen gusto. Prácticamente todo es nuevo. Fue una excelente elección. M angeles muy atenta. Muy recomendable.

Pros: El trato excepcional ! Cómodo, práctico, aparcamiento siempre y bien equipado.

Pros: Très joli appartement en face d'un parc dans un lieu calme, bien équipé, supermarché vite accessible à pieds, station d'essence encore plus proche, et très proche de l'oceanographic, communication excellente l'hôte répond sans soucis en cas de besoin
