Amazing place, great value

Pros: Really nice. Good location great apartment and lovely host

Pros: we've enjoyed the location , walking distance from the sea, far from the crowded streets in near the town center. Felt a lot like a community in this area ,especially since we have visited during Easter Holidays and had the chance to see the festivities . The host was very helpfull in providing some recomandations on places to eat and every comunicative during our stay . We really enjoyed it .

Rest in such an environment was a real pleasure

Pros: Clean, cozy, spacious place. Comfortable beds and mattresses, well equipped kitchen with stove and coffee machine, patio in the backyard. Air conditioning and hot water work well. Everything corresponds to the description, which was very pleasing, because sometimes advertising does not correspond to reality. Convenient location in a beautiful authentic area of ​​the classic Spanish suburb of El Cabanyal. The beach is 5-10 minutes walk away, at the same time there are metrotram and bus stops nearby, the historic city center is 15-20 minutes ride. The night bus route 19 was very helpful. And I especially want to note the hospitality and responsiveness of the owner of the apartments, Miguel and his wife.

Viva Valencia, Viva El Cabanyal!

Pros: The location was great, in the centre of El Cabanyal, which was a lovely area to explore on foot as it is very flat. There were all sorts of restaurants, bars and cafes in the area, a wonderful municipal market within 10 minutes walk in one direction and the beach within ten minutes in the other direction. Oceanografica was about a 40 minute walk away, and it was easy to get a bus into town from the street we were on - other public transport was easily available. Miguel was very prompt in answering any questions we had, and very kindly facilitated us with a late checkout on the day we were leaving, as our flight wasn't going until the evening. That was much appreciated by all of us - a stress free last day in Valencia.

Cons: We honestly liked the apartment, as it had everything needed for a week's holiday. The rules were clearly stated, very reasonable and understandable, as we were in a residential building. The only improvements I could suggest would be to have a mirror and somewhere to hang up clothes in the two smaller bedrooms. There was some evidence of anti-tourist feeling in the area, but almost all of the people we interacted with were lovely and friendly.

Great flat in the wonderful Cabañal

Pros: Very comfortable flat with all the necessities. Kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms were big and showers had great water pressure, beds were comfortable. Best location for Valencia - Cabañal is wonderful. Very pleased with our stay!

Pros: The location is very good, nice neighbourhood. The beds are very comfortable, I needed a really good rest and I got it. Big thanks to the hosts for checking us in super late (due to an accident on the way there)!

It was nice staying here and it was close to the beach and to the Metro station.

Pros: A lot of space. Enough utensils to cook and clean. The beds were pretty comfy. The AC is very effective! Big fridge is nice. Two bathrooms is very nice! I loved the big shower, enough space to wash yourself!!

Cons: The bunk bed room was a bit tight. A table with chairs in the patio would of been nice. Cant change language on TV or I didnt understand how. A tutorial wouldve been nice.
