Pros: Good location close to the beach, public transport and restaurants. The host met us at the property with the keys and a bottle of bubbles. We had a great short stay at the appartment.

Pros: Very clean & quiet with all necessary supplies required. Excellent communication prior to the stay and given excellent information by the lovely Aura who checked us in and accommodated an early entry 😊

Would definitely come back both to València which was amazing and the apartment!

Pros: This property was beautiful. Well equipped, beautifully presented and convenient location to both the beach and links to transport into the city. My daughter and I stayed here and it was spacious and nice and cool after a long day in the heat!

Cons: Everything! Loved the location, we could be at the beach half the day and then get easy access to the city for dinner or shopping. Fabio the host is helpful and provides you with great recommendations for your stay!

Pros: Very cozy, clean, spacious, high-quality apartment with a friendly owner. We liked everything very much, especially the bed with a very comfortable mattress. The beach is 10 minutes walk away, the store is 3 minutes away - great location. We will definitely come back! Thank you very much for your hospitality☺️

Pros: A szállás nagyon szép, tiszta, jól felszerelt, kényelmes. Könnyen megközelíthető minden, a tengerpart pár perc, a tömegközlekedés a sarkon van. A közelben rengeteg étterem, kávézó, bolt van.

Pros: Gastgeber Fabio sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit!Die Wohnung ist gut aufgestellt.Gegenüber der Straße eine feine Bäckerei!Strand ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.Zum Zentrum ca 15 min.Taxikosten um die 11-12€.Eine Flasche Sekt wurde uns bereitgestellt. Одличан апартман.Добар распоред стана.Прекопута апартмана је пекара.Домаћин хоће да помогне,гостољубив!👍🇷🇸☦️

Pros: Wszystko:) Przemiły Fabio, który na nas czekał, to fantastyczny człowiek. Bardzo uczynny i błyskawicznie reagował na nasze prośby. Apartament jest bardzo czysty, nowy z gustem urządzony. Prysznic bardzo duży i wygodny. Trzeba się przez chwilę nauczyć regulować wodę pod prysznicem żeby nie była wrzątkiem lub zimna ale później nie ma już problemu. Położenie jest doskonałe. Do plaży 10 min. W pobliżu sklepy, restauracje, boisko do padla i koszykówki. Wszystko co jest potrzebne do życia w zasięgu 5-10 min. Apartament jest na parterze, co w naszym przypadku było bardzo ważne, żeby nie chodzić po schodach.
