Christmas in Valencia

Pros: Very comfortable, clean and well positioned for the beach and restaurants.

Cons: Would have liked some instructions on use of heating, cooker and microwave. Arrived Christmas eve and staff not available as expected the following day. A little noisy on our last day when more people on site. Not clear until the confirmation of booking that we were on the ground floor. Would have preferred to be higher than street level.

Pros: Very clean, welcoming staff! Very close to the sea and beach zone.

Cons: Was very very cold, the apartment is at parter and the floor is very very cold, the heating system didn’t help. This can be tricky in winter.

Pros: Excelent experience. Easy check-in/out, perfect location in quite district, but close to all amenities. 5 mins walk to the beach and promenade full of eateries. Lots of supermarkets and minimarts in walking surroundings. Street parking was not ovecrouded in Nov. And there is a big public covered parking just 5 mins walk, under big hotel, nearby area with huge open-air parking. The room layout is perfect for a family with teens. We stayed only 1 night, but it is definitely comfortable for longer stay as there are all utilities for cooking, nice dining and living area. In Nov it was perfect temperature inside. We definitely will come back to Valencia and stay here again. Thanks to the team for best service and communication!

The hosts are very polite and helpful. The area is realy nice, near to the seafront. You can access the center with bus

Pros: I stayed at this apartment in Valencia for a work trip, and it exceeded all my expectations. The place is incredibly comfortable, impeccably clean, and tastefully furnished with elegant décor. Although it's not far from the sea, the apartment remains peacefully quiet—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is ideal: tram and bus stops to the city center are right outside the building, making it very convenient to get around without any hassle. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the outstanding hospitality. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Their warmth and professionalism go far beyond what I’ve experienced in many other accommodations. It really made me feel at home and well cared for. Highly recommended whether you're visiting for work or leisure!
