Spacious, clean apartment with a great location

Pros: We loved our stay here. 15 mins walk from the metro & 10 mins walk to the beach. Lovely places to eat nearby & a great supermarket Mercadona around the corner. Felt very safe here with 3 kids. Air con & wifi a plus. The host supplied us with some excellent recommendations. Would def stay again.

Cons: The stairs between floors is a little narrow which might not suit some people but was fine for us.

Great accomodation for a fair price. I would recommend it to my friends

Pros: Good location, 5 min walk to the beach, 2 min to the bus station that takes you to center, Turia gardens or Biopark. The apartment is really big and you can find everything that you need: towels, kitchen amenities, air dryier, washing machine for clothes and dishes, etc. You only need to buy bathroom articles

Cons: The narrow stairs, especially the ones for the upper apartment made me anxious when my 4 years daughter was climbing them, but there were no issues in the end. You just need to consider that is not recommended for people with mobility limitations.

Pros: Stara tradicna stvrt, velmi blizko krasnej plaze,centrum lahko dostupne verejnou dopravou.Vyborna vybavenost sluzbami, kaviarne, restauracie a potraviny.

Cons: Pocas FALLES piatky a soboty su velke komunitne party, ktore su krasne, ale jednu sme mali rovno pod oknom spalne a party koncili okolo 1-3 rana :( nedalo sa spat. Inac je to ticha stvrt.

Pros: Casa típica de pescadores, muy bonita reformada, limpia, con todo lo necesario. Cerca de bares y supermercados. A 10 min andando de la playa.

Cons: El colchón de la cama d matrimonio muy incómodo, te hundias hacia el centro. El sofá del salón tb muy incómodo.

Fantastisch verblijf

Pros: We hebben een ontzettend prettig verblijf gehad in Valencia. De communicatie verliep heel gemakkelijk en prettig. De eigenaar is goed bereikbaar indien nodig. Het huis zelf is mooi, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben echt een heel prettig verblijf gehad en zouden het zo opnieuw boeken!

Pros: Posizione ottima, i proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibile, appartamento spazioso e pulito

Fantastisch verblijf!

Pros: De locatie was super! Het huisje zelf was heel ruim en proper, alle nodige faciliteiten waren aanwezig. De host was super vriendelijk en heel goed bereikbaar.

Cons: We vonden 1 grote handdoek per persoon weinig voor een week.

Un soggiorno a pochi passi dal mare

Pros: La posizione:10 minuti dal mare e 20 minuti dal centro in bus.Ottimi i servizi nelle vicinanze.Check in veloce

Cons: Non ci è stato comunicato che l appartamento si trovasse su due piani diversi,ingressi separati.Inoltre piatti e bicchieri erano contati solo per 6 persone.Se nell’ appartamento inferiore c era la macchinetta del caffè al piano superiore non c’era cosi come piatti. Ci avrebbe inoltre fatto piacere trovare delle bottigliette d acqua al nostro arrivo

Pros: Die Lage war super. Die Supermärkte, Bäckereien Cafés waren in der Nähe sowie auch der Strand/ Hafen. Die Ansprechperson Francesca war sehr nett.

Cons: Parken geht nicht immer vor der Haustür bzw. kein fester Parkplatz
